Subway

I got the turkey that I always get that is the $6 special. When you upgrade to a foot long it's $10.
This time I was charged $13. When I questioned it the rude staff member Ann said it's only a special on 6 inch. This has never been the case. Now this Ann looked like the manager and I tried explaining to her that even if it isnt then 2x 6 inch turkey = a foot long and is $12 not $13. She didn't seem to grasp this concept.
So I paid more for a foot long than I would of 2x 6 inches.

Carramar Subway is a good place to have some lunch, the service is partly good, I had some troubles understanding the guy serving me, there is seating but not a lot. The food is good, I always get a Classic chicken sub and sometimes cookies, the cookies are hands down the best cookies ever. It is a chill vibe and a place to relax and get a full stomach definitely recommend the food.

The manager and the entire crew are consistently welcoming and attentive. They make sure you feel like a valued customer every time you walk in. Their generosity with toppings is truly commendable and sets them apart from other places. I've never felt rushed, and they take the time to craft your sandwich just the way you like it.

This is my local subway, staff are very kind with good customer service (most of the time)

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Subway Carramar! The crew there is incredibly friendly and always goes above and beyond to make sure you get the perfect sandwich with all your favorite toppings. The shop itself is always clean and inviting, creating a pleasant atmosphere to enjoy your meal.

I got a subway for lunch on Monday and the food was so fresh, so appealing when looking at the display. I often go to many subways and this one is by far the best, great customer service, great food quality and a totally satisfied customer. Best Subway I had in Perth for sure.

The bloke working this afternoon he had a faith tattoo, such good customer service, such a great vibe. Deserves some recognition, didn’t get his name but lovely bloke!

Bad. I am generous giving you 2 stars but in all honesty you deserve 0. Some staff chucking food around and not cooking the chicken and others knowing that bugs are in the food yet they still give it. Unacceptable!

Clean and tidy shop, fresh ingredients, excellent product presentation and super good customer service. One of the best Subway branches I’ve been in.

Would not recommend only is extremly disrespectful came in to order a cookie and didn’t know the name so I pointed then she raised her voice saying if I’m okay so I said yes then kicked me out honestly better to take the 3m drive to the next one

Absolutely shocking experience! Staff were bland and robot- like and I’m unsure they understood me.
Bacon for my order was left in the microwave. Chicken was NOT heated. Completely incompetent. Not going back here again

Ordered a wraps platter for 9am in the morning. Got home, opened it up and it was all mouldy! Absolutely disgusting

There was no communication between staff and customer. Very stingy on toppings, giving ripped up pieces of cheese and not listening clearly to the order. Staff had absolutely no clue what they were doing and ripped us off. Definitely not going back again, the staff used to be bright and bubbly, now they don’t want to be there. Pathetic.

Horrible subway service, skimpy and to top it off, their italian herb and cheese bread.had no cheese on top 2x seperate occasions. Very disappointing and poor management likely trying to reduce costs.

Go to subway in carramar if you want plastic in your meal, sent a email and they couldn’t care about replying, will never go back, this is disgusting and if I wasn’t using tongs to transfer it I would have eaten it. You deserve no stars.

Excellent sandwiches! Went here last week and the girl serving me was being so nice, she even invited me back to 'get down and busy back at hers'. Not sure what she meant entirely by that but she served good meat.

I have ordered quite frequently (once a week) for the past month
And it’s usually good
But today they forgot to add cheese, and the entire sun just smelt weird

Service with a smile? Sadly, there was none. It was a negative experience for me, as there was no greeting, no talking, nothing to say “wow, I really enjoyed grabbing a Sub tonight, ” it left me feeling like, “oh, they didn’t really want to be there…” - I tried making small conversation, but was given a severe side eye. The girl who served me acted as though she didn’t want to be there.

If i could give negative stars i would, subway carramar is so depressing, staff are so bland and unwelcoming.the old staff used to be friendly and happy to serve.orders are slow and done poorly.the management must clearly be lacking and the once happy environment must have faded.will not be coming back again while the store is being run like that.its a clear show to the way this store is run and the poor choice in staff from the owners of this store because other subway locations are not like this, they value their customers and not just money.the store looks unclean and messy as well and makes me wonder about the behind the scenes.
