Subway

Had ordered Uber eats from here maybe an hour back. Believe Subway Wangara had not read the receipt and provided different to what ordered (6inch and not footlong) had called maybe 5 min ago stating think there’s been a mix up and all I got was a call that they hung up on as soon as they knew I was talking about previous order. There was absolutely nothing aggressive or even negative about the call, hell I only got a few words in and then they chose to hung up the call. Terrible place - definitely not coming back here, if I could rate 0/5 stars I would

DO NOT EAT HERE. Hygiene is terrible because management is too lazy and cheap to do anything properly.

Paid $14.50 for a chicken teriyaki salad and they gave me half a filled container. I will never buy from here again if they are that cheap to fill it to the brim.

I’m so disgusted - purchased 3 subs from here and found 2 long hairs in one of them. The other 2 were just made poorly. Staff clearly puts minimal effort in making them. Will not be returning.

Your service is absolutely disgusting your staff don't listen to what customers are asking for. Wasnt just my order you ruined infront of my eyes but other customers who didnt want there dinner toasted and did anyways. I asked for a small amount of salt and pepper and she tipped it on like it was tomato sauce and not like I could get a new sub considering you had no bread. Also having no bread left at 5.30pm is a absolute joke your staff acted like us customers inconvenienced there home time when your shop closes at 7pm.

I’ve been coming here for 2 years and have been served by every staff member, everyone is so lovely and make super neat and tidy sandwiches. You’re all doing such awesome work, best of luck for the future

Terrible customer service. No greeting/communication from either staff when we stood waiting to be served even though there was no other customers in the shop, staff member just stood there looking like a stunned mullet.
Have been going here weekly for months, customer service has never been a strong point but today was the final straw.
We won’t be returning anymore.

Made me sick. Service wasn't very friendly, but if I worked in that condition, I wouldn't be happy either so I think it's an owner/management problem

I think subway used to be good but now it's not so good.salad always looks old and it's so messy and a unkept.doesn't make me want to eat there

Terrible service by the manager/owner, I will not give this subway my business again. There were new staff training and my subway ended up being too salty to eat. So after three small bites to check it wasn't just a bad bite, I took it back and apologetically said it's very salty I think I need a new sub. The boss came over and said they won't give me a new one and accused me of eating half because she assumed it was a footlong not a six inch. Never once did she apologize, just spent the whole time justifying herself and criticizing my actions. This is appalling customer service!

Location is convenient a little outdated but food is fresh and service good. The restaurant is ajoined to the Wanneroo Markets and next to a Bar

Food was great, but line was long and they were busy making phone orders rather than servicing customers already in the store, was a 20 min wait

Felt like I was arguing with the lady serving me. She was almost offended that I wanted more than just the L and T on my BLT. She either wasn't listening to me or genuinely believes that people shouldn't be able to get more salad on their BLT.

Great customer service, fast effective order preparation & Really attractive manager in the grey dress.

Bought 2 footlongs vege delite today and bread was dry and not fresh. Definately not going there again.

Now this place you see smiles on faces! And the portions of salad is generous your made to feel welcomed

I went into subway today to order a meatball sub and I went through the whole process or making the sub only to find out when I was finished that there was no thousand island dressing so I had to substitute in tomato sauce and all that tomato was too much acid for my tummy and now it hurts! Utter disappointment with the food

Sandwiches are always fresh and the shop is clean. The staff are friendly and the service is great.

Great food, good customer's assistance and superb atmosphere. Fantastic dining experience! Visit and experience it yourself.

Really enjoy this subway. Staff are always brilliant. Can be noisy on Fridays/weekends due to markets as well.
