The young lady that served me was delightful. She greeted me as soon as I walked through the doors and kept the conversation going as she made my order and took my payment. The food was lovely.

Amazing order via Uber eats, couldn’t figure something out and they helped me out and sent a nice message too. And was probably the best sub I’ve ever had made so thank you very much, I wish I could give the 5 stars as a tip

I go to different Subways regularly and Beldon is always hit or miss. Today I bought 2 footlongs and wondering why the lettuce tasted hard and terrible…. It was CABBAGE. Extremely confused…

I absolutely love this subway! It’s my local so i’m there at least 6/7 days a week and everytime the customer service is exceptional. The food is always prepared and cooked as asked. Highly Recommend.

The bread was dry, for it toasted and it turned into crumbs with every bite. Disappointing for subway standards really, couldn’t even eat half of it.

Just been to the Beldon shop. Currently 8.23pm. And declined service as told by staff store closed. Watched as another lady was also turned away. Staff very rude. Front signs clearly say close at 8.30pm.

Newly renovated with good clean facilities and great staff.
The new promotion is however just a gimmick and rip off.

Today Valentines Day we went into Subway Beldon. There was Unfriendly service by both girls. No smiles, no greetings. We Ordered (make it a meal) which means drink & chips with our 4 footlongs and while she was making our subs flys were flying around the food and 1 landed on my husbands sub that we had to try and reach over the counter ourselves and get it away from our food. When we told her about the fly, she said yeah its Summer time and they hang around. Instead of saying sorry I can make you up a fresh one or even do something about getting the fly right away.
Right at the end when we went to pay, I mentioned chips again to her & she said yes. So we paid& went to top up our drinks and waited for our chips. We standing around for a while as she started serving someone else. Then I walked up to the counter & the other girl asked what can she help me with. When I said we're waiting on our chips, the girls said that's not included.

I don't know about anyone else but when I order chips in a meal I expect to get chips. Won't be going back to that Subway after that experience

I just had the worst ever subway meal and service while attending Subway Beldon on Valentines day at 1815pm.
The two girls were rude, not friendly at all, did not listen to orders given and so got it wrong.
Very unclean store, way to many flies, a flie landed on my sub while the girl was making another one and I had to say something and I even had to reach over the counter to shoo the fly myself, go check the cameras in store if you don't believe me.
Then we had to wait because we thought we were getting the great deal of make it a meal, to get the drink and fit chips only to be told chips don't come with it. Meanwhile our toasted subs went cold. Only gave us 3 lids instead of four.
I Am not going back to the Beldon SUBWAY and may never go back to another Subway store.
To top it off the sub my daughter had tasted like soap and she refused to eat it all, giving it to the dog instead, who also snubbed the sub.
Mine was no where near as tasty as usual.
I Am VERY Dissatisfied with this experience and will never recommend Subway to anyone ever again.
All these stores need to make a much better effort in eliminating the flies problem and stop blaming the weather or the season, it's just that time of year, they keep saying. VERY UNHYGIENIC. Maybe the Health department should pay them a visit.
The manager needs to train staff on friendliness, cleanliness and Attentivness skills.
$58.90 waisted on poor food and bad service, never again

Bad customer service, if you don't like customers maybe you should get a job where you don't have to talk to them.

Edit 24/12/2019. Went in there specifically asked young girl could she she cut and wrap a footlong separately, yes she said. No pleasantry, just took order she was wrapping up footlong I mentioned that she said she would wrap it separately, well you would think this was a major bother by her response, unravelled the subs then literally threw them at me. Manager

Always a great store to come to for dinner, never failed to make great sandwiches and staff are always so friendly, and quick to help. Often very rushed with a big line behind but still manage to engage with the customers which keep me coming back. Great fresh food always, sometimes cookies might be a little overcooked but still great to microwave. Thanks!

Don't know whats happened to subway. Ordered 3 6 inch more like 2. Got them shoved to me with no bag no napkins. Absolutely disgusted. Will not be going back to belridge subway.

Friendly and competent staff, always good quality of food in my experience cant really go wrong when looking for a healthy (or not so healthy) lunch or dinner.

Although efficient in taking payment while the sub is toasting it's definitely not hygienic to not change the gloves after handling cash to go back and finish the sub. I had to ask her to change the gloves.

Garbage services. Would not follow my request, and were very rude and disrespectful. Couldn't wrap a sub to save their lives. YOU'VE LOST ME AS A CUSTOMER!

Fit chips were still cold! Asked to have them put back in, not a problem they were hot but still pale and soggy!
Got to the car my chicken sub didn’t feel warm although asked for it toasted! Unwrapped it chicken stone cold! Not good at all will not return to this Beldon store again!

My regular Subway Restaurant for years. Eat Fresh! Clean restaurant with friendly staff, but they do need to turn the music down! Certainly one of the only healthy choices in the Take-Away choices available.
