20Note date -07/08/2023, ladies serving in the counter don’t have customer dealing, very rude, no politeness, please don’t visit they will disappoint you.
The service is worst, i regularly buy lunch there, everytime the staff are rude. I usually ignore, but today was worse, the lady behaved like she don’t care at all. The food is good but staff are very rude.
Quite enjoy having a late lunch at this subway. But it closed at 3pm today, hope all is Ok with the staff.
Useless, young guy with backwards cap is still as painfully slow now as when he started about 12 months ago, and tight on the quantity of toppings that goes on the subs, need more, faster and competent employees.
Poor service - absolute rip off when you look at the cost vs the quantity of fillings. The I assume manager/owner is rude and very vocal.
I was disgusted to see how little cheese and avocado was put onto my 6inch sub. When i asked for a bit more cheese i was told it would be extra. What a joke… then was told that because of the high rents the boss said to cut back on fillings. Ripping off the FIFO workers.
Nice place, good food, cheap prices and overall a good place to get food from while waiting for your flight. I would totally recommend to buy food from this place.

Management need to review employees people skills and customer service improvements.
I usually visit here and have gud experience but today I found one the staff very rude and not cooperative, and subway wasn't satisfactory, so to keep ur quality keep away this type of staff.thanks
Never enough staff though, considering wages and overheads. We're glad that management cuts cost with staff and not fresh product.
After waiting in line for 20 minutes I see the lady using the same gloves for the 5 people that were infront of me it didn’t bother anyone but I always ask them to change gloves but that’s not the real problem she was touching all different types of meats and chicken with the same gloves and then goes on to use those same gloves on the salad and when I asked her why she just looked at me and lifted her shoulders saying I don’t know and the other employee said it’s ok well no it’s not ok to touch all different types of meat and chicken and bacon with the same gloves and then on the salad I’m very disgusted as this is the 1st subway I see that does this
Took the single staff member over half an hour to serve the 4 people in front of us, taking her time. Ive never seen a slower employee before. Also too quiet to hear over the equipment and had to repeat orders several times
Advertise seafood sub on the menu but dont actually do it any more? Why not change the menu board or place a sticker over it, false advertising. Havent sold the seafood for 2 months at least BUT still on the menu board?
I go to this place and I can't understand the people and appears as if though plays favourites with how much cheese they distribute, I confronted them about next to no cheese on my chicken parm sub and she said it would be extra charge. Bad service, just eat somewhere else
Definitely not as attentive as you’d expect from an airport business but can’t fault the food too much. Yes it’s probably not as packed as your usual subs but all ingredients are always fresh. Bread is beautiful whenever I come through in a morning run.
What a bad service.specially their is only one staff member who was serving if u want to order them pls be in a queue at least half an hour before.the manager was very rude as well i guess she is trying to save her money by putting less staff.must read for manager
Seriously will have to focus on putting more stuff. And as well as on customer dealing. The short Asian guy don’t have talking sense with customer such a rude behave on 26/10/2017 04: 50 pm aproxmately. Please be have look into customer service if you want more in future.
Sat there for 10 mins right on lunch time and no staff turned up. Rang the bell several times. What a waste of space! Should have just jumped the desk and made my own!
I have sat here for 3 hours watching as the the only staff member has made back to back orders to a relentless line of customers. Who ever is the manager/owner.seriously consider putting more staff on
Disapointing watching it being made. Very sparing with everything but lettuce. Poorly put together and even more so with the finished product. Only 1 staff member serving what a joke.
