Would give 0 stars if I could.dogs and monkeys could serve better than their rude staff if they worked in the service industry.slapped bread down on the counter after toasting (nevermind), tossed veggies in the bread and then those that dropped on the counter back into the salad containers (nevermind), spilled sauce everywhere when you squeezed the bottle (nevermind) but the least you can do is to ask what cheese etc instead of pointing at the cheese and then looking at me for a response.definitely know you're not mute because you were busy chatting with your colleague while I was waiting to be served.and also the fact that the staff are extremely unhygienic, she used same gloves that touched cash from previous customer to touch my sandwich.pointed it out to her and she looked at me blankly without any response and continued to do what she was doing.store looks like it could use some cleaning or maintenance.air conditioning doesn't work or isn't turned on when it should be.unsure if vegetables are kept at the right temperature.am a fan of subway but this is an utterly disgusting subway outlet.this place should be shut down.

Uber eats order. Failed once again. Rudest staff that don’t seem to understand what they are actually doing or understand what we wanted with the order, they called us which puzzled me as to why they didn’t know why they were calling? Useless every time but never again! The shop should be shut down or new owners who want to look after their customers and train the staff to not be rude and hang up on customers because it was too difficult for them.

Just ordered some stale af wraps from subway,
to the artist that produced this expensive abstract garbage.
Please dont take out the depressing disatification of your job on our food.
It's almost like you made them so bad on purpose its impassible to think a reasonable person would assemble a classic chicken wrap they way you have.not cool dude not unnoticed.

Rudest lady served me this evening, Friday 29th at 5: 20pm walked in and she looked me up and down, slapped the cheese onto my sandwich then stared at me when we got to the salads, didn’t ask what i wanted just glared at me.no manners, no smile rolling her eyes.instead of asking what sauces i would like she said “what else” Worst customer service from this lady.shouldn’t be in the customer service industry if you can’t even say hello to customers. I work in a cafe myself and if anyone displayed this poor level of customer service skills they would be fired on the spot. Disgusting.

Definitely only 1 star of you break the law. Don't put $6.95 on your menu board of you intend to charge me $7.25 at the cashier. Mightn't be a big difference, but it is still false advertising and still illegal. And when you won't even budge when that is explained to you I should have just left you with the food and walked out.

I ordered Uber eats from this store. Chicken Teriyaki and chicken bits. The salad was an absolute disgrace and the chicken bits were soggy. Do yourself a favor and buy your takeaway some where else. When I phoned to complain they wanted to blame Uber eats.

I found the subway price is higher than that of subway in Cannington and Midland. The last two visits I've had they haven't had the Italian herb and cheese.

Subway forrestfield says it closes for take away at 8pm on Saturday got there at 7: 40pm and the door is locked. Need to update their website, very poor

Just got subway from forrestfield, and it was tasteless and also dry, I opened my foot long up and it went everywhere not presented well at all, this isn’t the first time either

Once upon a time, the motto was "eat fresh". Should of been "eat substandard" especially for this franchise! Pathetic, non-english speaking peasants.couldn't make a bed! And are hotdogs healthy? Hmmmm

I used to love subway but now I hate it

I got myself a gluten free chicken bacon wrap for dinner but when I came home and unwrapped the wrap it stuck to the paper and started to break down now I have to eat it of a plate totally not what a wrap is

I also came home after 3 days from the hospital so I wanted to enjoy a good meal but it looks like my day is ruined thanks subway for training your employees on how to not make a wrap

I’m also eating on the couch

Must be under new management. Manager needs to be removed or business shut. No understanding of basic hygiene or rules. Dodgey work practices. Watched staffs bracelet touch my sandwich. Pointing it out, she moved her bracelet up using her gloved hand and proceeded to make sandwich with that hand. The next time I came here, 2 weeks later, a girl planned to use last of seafood (only 2 scoops) on 2 footlongs, she spread 1 scoop on the 1st foot long and another girl came to start the 2nd and noticed there was nowhere near enough and asked if i wanted something else which is what the 1st girl should have done. But because I had just finished a 12hour shift I figured the 1st girl must've added all of it in the one scoop. Got home to see that was not the case, there was really only one scoop of meat in the middle. They didn't even wrap them up correctly. So I called the store, spoke to someone who did not give their name, I'm guessing the manager. She acted like her english wasn't good, kept saying sorry, sorry, sorry, without really listening, then said I can have a free sandwich the next time I come in.without taking down my details. I pointed out that they have no way to identify me and that I really just want her to acknowledge that her staff did the wrong thing and that she would train them. She didnt care. I said I'm coming in to show you and i'll get a refund and she hung up. She dropped the act when I arrived, her English was suddenly fine and her attitude went to rude, eye rolling, not listening, asking random staff random questions about my order. She refused to acknowledge what happened, was rude the whole time, would not look at the sandwich. Kept arguing as if i was upset that I couldn't get 2 seafood footlongs and she said i knew what I ordered.what the. She seriously didn't listen to what I was actually saying. Lady, your staff sold me a seafood sandwich with nearly no seafood on it. It's that simple, look at the dry bread. She continued being rude, I asked for a refund, she said she'd give me a refund even though its what i ordered.are you serious!? ! I told her to bin the sandwiches. She refunded me in cash, the wrong amount. I didn't want to deal with even getting the right amount back. I left. Sent an email to head office. Disgusting attitude, poor management. She turned a learning exercise into losing a customer of 8 years. The only staff in there are young kids, always hiring juniors.no wonder this place has become a dump. No decent managers to provide training, this place will be shut down by the health department hopefully soon.

Worst subway rolls were sloppy and flat the burnt cookies were over cooked burnt to a crisp, this place really needs training or new management the food is literally days old, I don't know how they are still operating, just getting worst.

Terrible Service - ordered thru menulog and 3x didn't get what I ordered and and the quality of the food poor. Don't go to Forrestfield Subway if you want a descent meal.

I was definitely just served a sub with days old bread in it. The last time I went there the bread tasted old but today it was just straight stale. Disgusting.

Unfortunately this is the worst subway I have been to.walked into the store and it was cooler outside standing in the sun than it was in the store.no air con and very stuffy.this temperature is not good and dangerous for the food that isn't covered and is probably the reason why all the salad was browned and soggy.alot of things were not available even though it was only 10 30 in the morning.staff member didn't speak or look at you unless absolutely necessary (might have been a cultural thing I'm not sure) and was very sparingly placing the ingredients on the sub.also was more expensive than my local subway.

Ridiculous service by a staff called Raj. Do not go there if Raj is serving. He is the most unfrofessional and unkind person I have seen in my life.
