Subway

Worst subway I’ve had. It took 4 people to finish the sandwich. 3 people asked what cheese and I answered 3 times. Sauce left off and had to ask for them to open it back up to put mayonnaise on but it was still left off. I thought subway was an assembly line…. The subway was chicken classic and 3 salad items.

The service here is normally great and staff are normally very chatty and friendly however… my mum went in today around lunch time and the 2 young girls who where working where very rude and condescending towards her. They should not be working in customer service. Subway meadow springs need to train their staff.

I ordered through Uber eats. The meat was cold, the sub was not toasted as per request. Missing cookies and wrong sauce, which was replaced with a spicy Mayo that completely ruined the sub for me.

Disappointed with my food, it got here and it was cold, not cut in half, and not toasted

I called into the Meadow Springs Subway last night and was served by a friendly polite young man. I asked for his name "Ben", it was so lovely to see such a young man of his age take pride in his work and give excellent customer service.

Ordered 2 chicken footlongs they didnt put the chicken in it! I called and they blammed the new guy, ruined our lunch and no help to fix it!

Worst subway in Mandurah, lakelands makes better footlongs, subway becoming overpriced now, i can make 4 footlong rolls for the 13.75 they charge

Friendly staff, they work efficiently and effectively and bring you your food at a very fast pace. Always a joy to go there, my only gripe is the subway seafood supreme, I would not recommend that to anyone, other than that it is great.

The best place to get subway in Mandurah in my opinion, everyone is always super nice and friendly.

Always Nice, happy & friendly staff. Great service, clean well presented dinning area. Some of the other stores could learn to a few tips from these employees about working more cheerfully.

This subway is probably the best I've been to in the past couple of years, Lauren is the best customer service assistant I've met. Keep the great work up

Bought a subway on a Sunday.i know it’s a busy place, but it is always better to teach staff members how to deal with rush. Staff members don’t need to be hurry. When they are hurry they make more mistakes on our food, got a pile of sauce on one side of subway Nd nothing on other side, got very rough cut on middle of my subway. I Hope you guys take it in good sense. See you again

Nice clean store. Staff could be a bit more cheery. Food is fresh and Subs are made quickly here.

I think they are so stingy with their fillings compared to other subways! Have been a few times thinking it is maybe just one staff member but unfortunately each time it is very poor! Such false advertising from their display pics

Wonderful place. Letisha is a great worker. She was such a wonderful help to me while I was there. Created a great sandwich for me. Will be coming by more often.
