One of the best Subways by far in Perth. Great customer service, friendly staff and staff who actually care for the service they provide. Ordered a footlong Chicken Teriyaki with a cookie and a drink and the server gave me a free cookie. Easily one of the best in Perth

On Thursday 9th November 2023 morning I had called Subway Kwinana & placed an order for two Subway Platters - one Favorite & the other Veggie Platter on behalf of Kwinana Tennis Club, to be picked up on Saturday 11th November 2023 at 12: 30pm. The person I spoke to repeated my order & told me that it would cost $110.00 & that both Platters would be ready for pickup on Saturday 11th November at 12: 30pm. When my colleagues from Kwinana Tennis Club arrived at Subway Kwinana Marketplace on Saturday 11th November at 12: 30pm to pickup my order, to their surprise no platters were ready for pickup. I am very disappointed with the customer service of Subway Kwinana. My colleagues had to reorder & wait for the Platters to be ready, this is not right, very poor customer service indeed! We had our Open Day on Saturday 11th November at our Kwinana Tennis Club & this lunch was for everyone attending our Open Day, it was disappointing that even after prior order, these platters were not ready.

I have eaten a subway in just about every major centre in Australia and this must equal the worst or almost worst subway by way of filling (they did not have the usual choice), filling was paltry to say the least and I had the impression (I did not take my ruler out) that it was a five inch. Salad was fair but some of the choices of sauces were short too. I got the impression the staff had already packed up to go home at 4pm on a Tuesday afternoon.

Never again, to stingy to put anything on it, had to keep asking for more.
Only got Chicken pieces, spinach, carrot, capsicum and cucumber.
Might as well just ate the wrap, rip off!

The young girl with the green stripe in her hair (I'm so sorry I didn't catch her name) is always great, above and beyond with customer service. Started my day fantastic because of her:)

I was severely attacked by the workers with a chicken classic footlong with bacon and English cheese (very tasty btw yummy yummy) and I sadly passed away from this, I am now a ghost typing this.

Today I had the most delicious subway sandwich that I've ever had! The store was so clean and the young gentleman, Griffin, behind the counter had such nice manners and was very friendly and provided fast service. I will definitely be visiting this store again in the future!

Great experience today the lovely staff were great, the man behind the counter has excellent customer service and the subs were made perfectly! If only all subways were this good!

Terrible. Bread was rock hard and not wholemeal like ordered no salami like it says slapped together and drenched in sauce. Worst Subway ever

Terrible bread, bad quality subways looked like it was just shoved in there too much Sauce in the subway honestly would not recommend. Cookies was very stale, think again before ordering here

Very disappointed with the teams effort today. Young bloke who i assume is new as I've never seen him there before was left by himself to make subs while a lady was out the back not helping him at all. The poor kid didn't know what he was doing and the presentation of the subs was atrocious. I think you need to re evaluate your rostered team to someone more committed to helping out the new ones to make sure your customers are left satisfied and happy.

The worst subway in all of Perth! It's so frustrating to constantly have your orders wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME have given three chances now & everytime time it is wrong! Never enough of any of their stock, ie meatballs, cookies, bread. This is seriously so embarrassing & you should be ashamed of yourselves! Sick of always having to ring & sort it out myself!
DO NOT GO HERE! YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED!

This store closes early. Continuously runs out of stock. Does not make enough bread or cookies. Has poor customer service and is located in a terrible spot. So yourself a favour and go to the Bertram Subway store instead.

Have been going to Kwinana Subway for lunch about 8 months, 2-4 times a week as I work near by and I have yet to have a bad sub from them. Nothing but great things to say about the service and quality. Will happily continue buying from them. I’ve gone to quite a few different subways in the Rockingham area and no where else comes close to comparing to the Kwinana store.

Asked for a "little bit more mayo". This does not mean triple the amount already on there.
Also when adding salt and pepper please dont over load it to the point I coughed and choked on my food. Thanks for ruining my dinner.

Worst Subway in Perth.
I go All over Perth to Subways.
They are generally great. And recommended.
This is BY FAR the worst.
On various occasions I have personally experienced.
Very Arrogant owner/ rude staff.
Refusal to honour advertised Subway deals.
Food was rotten blamed me for complaining.
Cleaning countertops with wash-up dish rags. Health violation.
Unhappy about having to allow use of eating area as tables and chairs were stacked and area cleaned. At 6: 30pm?
Unbelievable but true, all at one establishment.
The best thing about the place is that it's called Subway.

Love subway alot a bit dissapointed that this one closes heaps early. Had to go too Rockingham, by the time I got home it was soggy and a waste of money. Yu guys Need longer hours. Can't use that yur in the shop as an excuse as yu have an outside door.

Incredible service by the gentleman there. I tried the breakfast Panini and LOVED it. Will buy again!

Rubbish service. Served my daughter then bypassed me for the man waiting behind me then when i voiced my displeasure, they giggled and continued serving other guy.
