19Had the worst Subway to-date today, server at 11: 50am looked like she wanted to be somewhere else and asked me the same questions multiple times not remembering what bread I asked, what meat etc.she almost forgot to add double of the meat until a 2nd server interjected.the seafood mixture had so much other ingredients on it I really should have ordered something else, it had bits of lettuce and grated cheese throughout but I haven't got allergies so thought I could overlook it.but when we got onto the salad options I asked for avacado, in the container it was half nice green fresh colour and then half was old avacado colour.instead of giving me the fresh side she gave me the old looking avacado (yuck) and then with the tomato was given slices that were barely red, faded and no flavour.finished payment with another server which was fine but the woman that made the sandwich put it down on the bench with force and essentially slid it over to me.it wasn't busy and I was a friendly customer yet barely got eye contact.wish I went somewhere else for lunch, I ate some, but threw most away, such a waste.
I had the worst Subway yesterday. Went there at in the arvo and was told there was no meatballs by the girl. There was a guy with a fresh tub of meatballs so they said oh one second and microwaved the meatballs. Got home the bread was stale and the meatballs were cold. I have the worst belly ache and have been on the toilet all night.
Everytime I get subway from here it's soggy, done with a lack of care and generally below average.
They always forget drinks and add ons.
I love Subway but not from here. Go to the Subway in Waikiki instead of this place as you won't be disappointed. Waste of money.
Subway is Subway. You go there to expect Subway, you order something Subway and get something Subway. I don't know how people can give Subway 1 star. If you want to get a fancy lunch, go to a restaurant, not to a fast food spot. Subway is Subway, expect Subway.
Best salads ever! The crew at Rockingham subway make their salads better than any other store. Perfectly mixed, chopped with a dash of love. The staff are always so happy and friendly! Do yourself a favour and grab a chicken teriyaki mixed salad with the works next time you visit Rockingham Foreshore! Delish & healthy!?

Clueless, rude, inconsiderate, unorganised, unpleasant, non communicative people. Can't believe, in today's day and age of good service, this store is running by staff who are extremely incompetent with their people skills.

This subway was a horrible experience. The lady who greeted me was rude and arrogant and seemed like it was taking all her might to be somewhat nice. She rolled her eyes when I asked for a footlong instead of a 6 ince. Then the lady who wrapped my subway did a atrocious job and didn’t seem fazed by the fact that my subway was falling apart. The photo below is how I opened my sub, it was soggy and the meatballs all fell out when I opened it. I am disappointed and disgusted and debating whether to come back. This experience was on Friday the 3rd at 11: 30am.
Used to be great store but Today after receiving bad service and rude behaviour i decided to walk out from store without buying it dont think i will go back there again
First staff member got upset as she was asked to change her gloves, After she decided not to ask or give option whether i wanted it fresh or toasted as standard and rushed to make my sub toasted i requested to place 4 slices of cheese but her reply was in this store we only serve subs with 3 slices and its rule setup by this store only I shouldnt be comparing them to other stores and so customer is not allowed to say what he want?
Staff member didnt stopped there while leaving mentioned that i shoudnt be getting upset about it, FYI i wasnt upset about slice of cheese it was more about your attitude and the customer service.

Hygiene standards are horrendous. Watched a staff member handling raw bacon then an ipad, then continue to make subs with the same gloves on. Food poisoning waiting to happen. Stay away
Don't go just get Indian or fish and chips. BLT is only lettuce and tomato. And I don't like tomato.
Slowly but surely the staff are reducing the amount of salad they give you and even if you ask for extra salad the addition is dismal approaching nominal, I don't know if they've been asked by management to do so or if they just don't want to have to go out back and cut up more vegetables.
Take the extra 5 mins to drive to ANY other subway than the Rockingham foreshore Subway.it is definitely not worth the money you would spend here
Ordered our meals with 3 separate takeaway drink cups and used the soft drink dispenser in store. Got to the bottom of our drinks only to find mould floating throughout. Tipped out both remaining drinks and found the same. Called the store and spoke to the manager who said "the machine should have been cleaned lastnight, I might have to go clean it now" and offered to give us new drinks from the same machine. Yuck. No thanks
Below average. Will not eat here again. Do yourself a favour and go eat at one of the local lunchbars, they actually care about quality and taste.
Had a poor experience here. My girlfriend and I went on a Saturday evening to get dinner and we encountered a few issues. First they didn’t have the Italian herbs bread (what sort of Subway doesn’t have its best bread) and second they didn’t have teriyaki chicken (another product of high demand)!
Staff were also rather unprofessional asking snoopy questions. Given it’s high potential in a busy business area, this subway store lacks quality. Won’t be returning back anytime soon
I like subway but staff here was very rude, no professionalism at all, chicken was dry, I would not recommend it, at least with this staff.
I like Subway’s sandwiches. Last time I tried their new gluten free raps. I wish I had never done that. It was not good at all. I do not know whether it was the girl’s lack of skill or the low quality of the rap, but it was terrible. It tasted bad and became soggy in no time. Also despite the add on their window saying two raps for twelve dollars, mentioning new gluten free ones, I was charged $14! This rap ruined subway sandwiches for me.
