Subway

We requested our 2 Subway foot longs. The older woman serving us was wearing gloves, but as she waited for our subs to grill, she wiped her right hand across the benchtop then wiped that same hand onto her dirty clothing. As she put the salad on our sub using that same hand with the same glove my husband spoke to her about her bad health standards. She became offended when we asked for a new sub to be made. She took off the old gloves and began to remake another sub. However she then went into a back room before finishing our footlong sub. Goodness knows what she did behind the door so we walked out immediately without our subs. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go here!

Can't even wrap a wrap, was painful watching. And can't even get the most basic item (cheesy garlic toastie) right.

The old Lady was coughing in her hands without gloves on then decided to lean on the counter where they make the sandwiches.super passive aggressive towards me.then the guy who served me as well didn't even acknowledge me at all and in general veryyy rude when he was serving me. Everytime I come into this subway people there seem to be quiet rude and acting like they don't want to be there.

The old lady working was so rude and passive aggressive, it is humiliating and she needs to learn customer service for sure, no-one deserves to be treated like that. I hope you learn and treat everyone respectfully.

Last night, Ordered 2 sandwiches online because we were coming back from Perth and wanted to pick them up on the way home. Picked up order and they were incorrect. It was like they had misread the order and made a Frankenstein monster of each. A bit strange, but No problem. People make mistakes. Took them back to have new ones made. Man working there was training a new girl and he was exceptionally rude to her. He also appeared to be sick with some kind of cold, which is not great to see when you are about to eat food prepared by him.
Sandwiches themselves were average at best and was up all night feeling sick after eating. I am vegetarian so must be from the bread or old mates sickness. My boyfriend was also sick and had a completely different order to me.never going back

7/1/23 at 19: 25 they informed that they have no bread to serve and they can’t prepare one as the store closes at 20: 00 ‍️. Shame

I was accused of stealing a drink when I didn't I actually gave it to my wife to pay for I would not recommend you come here

Racist and worst customer service ever, they ignored me and served other white customers, I was the only African in the shop, and some of their sales people ignored me completely, one angry person who came to serve me, left my order half way and she left never to come back, I was there waiting looking for a lost person, what a shame and sad that in this day and age people still experience racism in this country that prides itself to be multicultural, shame of subway sales people

Not the friendliest girl behind the counter, came for brekky. Had the toasting. Cold inside cheese not melted. Lettuce on the floor. Not busy easy to clean.

Fair run of the mill Subway - quite clean store. Expensive in price compared to normal franchise Subways.

The foods fine but the older lady that works here has some terrible customer service. She’s extremely blunt and worst of all, when I got home, I realised she didn’t even give me the cookies I asked for. The poor kid working behind the counter seems to be doing most of the work while the older two ladies just dawdle around.

Best subway in WA by far, food always hot & fresh, beautifully made. Staff are fantastic and shop is always beautiful and clean!

Was charged more than they should. Went back to rectify the error and the young guy there kept saying i asked for extra ham. I clearly didnt. And i didnt see the other guy preparing my sandwich putting any extra anything. But this bloke kept saying extra ham was added on the B. M. T. I tried to get the attention of the guy who prepared my sandwich but he completely ignored me. A lady then gave me the refund for extra charged. When i said if she wants to check the sub. She said, "no u can keep it". Went home and there was no extras. It was just a regular bmt! Ya "you can keep it". Keep what i ordered n paid for. Sounds about right. And to the guy who kept saying i asked for extra ham NO I didnt and no extras were added.

Ordered a delivery tonight, they were very kind, super helpful and efficient. Not to mention the food was amazing.

Food was average, used the hard white part of the lettuce in subs, eggs were sitting in liquid, flies in the store, worst part is being marketed as cheap and healthy, it's not cheap at all. 2 subs set me back about $40. This store was better a couple years ago

Healthy option but one staff member needs to bring her manners to work. After asking me 3 times to repeat my order I raised my voice so she could hear me and was told off for speaking rudely to the staff member. EXCUSE ME

Just ordered a chicken teriyaki sandwich and some of the chicken pieces were so overcooked that there is hardly any moisture in it. Disappointing

Chicken was cold inside dispite asking for it to be toasted and heated up. One staff member was extremely rude and walked off when I let another customer ahead because I hadn't yet decided what I wanted.

I came for a simple chicken teriyaki sandwich, not realising I was only moments away from receiving a knuckle sandwich, I'm sure she would have remembered to heat that up.

Gotta love Subway but just recently you seem to have cut down on everything not sure why but money wise it's cheaper to make at home with all the ingredients timewise you still got it

I usually get the pizza sub with steak (double meat) and it's super duper tasty definitely reccommend going to any Subway to try it out.
