Rude and not smiling staff. Very long wait during busy period with only one person serving customer. I ordered a large salad and it wasn’t large at all! You had to tell them to add more spinach and lettuce. Even in the sandwich they are very stingy with the ingredients! The garlic cheesy toast was disgusting! Butter not spread and melted at all and it end up in the bin. The worst meal ended up in the rubbish from Subway, it never happened with the other stores. I will never come back here! I hope no one else will order from there and Subway will take seriously customers review.

Rudest staff I've ever seen in my life.
I requested to change gloves. She denied and looked at me angry face, said they use same knife for everything so nothing is vegetarian.

The small ladies wearing spectacle is super duperrrr rude! She don't know how to talk properly with customer and shouting to us when to get the order.
This is not the first time happening.she is always on her nerves. Not going there any more.

Operators are cost cutting scumbags with the worst service etiquette ive ever experienced. Avoid this Subway at all costs. Literally will skimp out in every aspect - do yourself a favour and walk a little extra to the nearest branch.

The staff here are terrible, with no sense of energy especially during lunch time rush hour. You go to subway to get a quick food offering, however you can end up spending 15-20minutes waiting to just get a simple sub and theirs only 3 people ahead of you in the line. Visit the other subways that are located in the city but not this one.

Service is pretty average. I've been here a number of times but not any more. The Manager's just seem to stand there by the register and not help except wrap and take your money. The two staff are making multiple sandwiches and running around frantic with the lunch rush time and the Manager's just stand there and look at the customer line. Compare this to other Subways in the city where there are alot more staff and whoever is on the register helps out other staff.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced in a subway - I am completely shocked, I will not be back. I could not believe the rudeness of the older lady working on 8th Feb 2020 at 2.30pm. I asked for some extra olives and she told me that no you are only allowed any extra olives - if she gave me any extra olives her owner would tell her off - I asked her if she was the owner and she said she is the manager and that I didn’t have to eat from her shop.

One of the dodgiest subways around. They cut costs like the sticker that holds your sub closed: you only get half a sticker here. And there is usually a smaller paper inside the regular paper wrapping but not here. That said the sub itself is great as ever!

Rude staff. Requested to change gloves and she was not happy about it. Finally she changed with saking her head when I said if it is difficult then I cancel my order.
The cashier throw my receipt and didn't apologise.

Do not recommend at all. Terrible service.same glove was used for everything. Cleaning, food and handling money. Where is the point? We asked for a fresh glove to be used and the answer was: I touched everything else already anyway. Say what?

Rude staff and questionable hygiene standards. Staff use her gloves to wipe spills and used same gloves to fill the bread.

Bought many a sub from this store. Sometimes they're perfectly fine, other times not so great. Sometimes the staff are friendly and helpful. One time they put way too much salt in my sub making it inedible - and they prepared a new one for free for me. Other times they can be dismissive and unhelpful, unfortunately. They have a great location for the lunchtime rush so they probably get the occasional rude customer as well, thus the attitude. Food safety practices could be tightened, have seen some somewhat questionable actions with dropped food which makes one wonder what they do when people are not looking.

Very much disappointed by the service, menu which don't have update rate, no option in cheese, when asked to the staff not a good response, do not have everything as per the menu display, cut short while putting the salads, will never ever go there again, highly NOT recommended. Please please don't go to have a bad experience.

I WENT TO GET MY SUBWAY AND THERE WAS A BUG ON THE HAM AND EVEN THOUGH SHE SAID SHE WOULDVE GOTTEN RID OF THE HAM SHE WAS TRYING TO PICK IT OFF IF I WASNT LOOKING SHE WOULDVE STILL USED IT. DISGUSTED. AND STILL PAID EXTRA.

Worst Subway store with extremely rude Staff.

After reading all these reviews, I am surprised its not only me who feels that way. Owner of this store seriously don't care about loosing customers.well i found another store close-by and happy to walk a bit more further for Subway cravings.
