Got Terrible service for no reason.we r ordering with a smily faces but from front staff we got rude behaviour.
Now I am getting a surprise from the crew members as soon as I walk in to store my BMT salad bowls is ready!

Went around 7pm to get sandwiches with my husband. There were two female staff talking to themselves and looking bored. I’m currently pregnant, and I asked if the bacon in their BLT could be cooked properly because it was pink and raw sitting in the container. One of the ladies replied that she could toast sandwich. I said I was pregnant and asked if they could cook the bacon thoroughly instead, to which they started smirking and whispering to themselves in a foreign language. My husband suggested the meatballs, and I asked if it contained beef because I can’t beef, it makes me throw up after getting pregnant. Neither of them had any idea what the meatballs were made of. Absolutely terrible service and zero customer care - I ended up getting a burger at Hungry Jacks.
Cleanest Subway, I have ever been in. Friendly staff and great service. Either it has changed hands or they have lifted their game. Could not fault it.
Staff were friendly, ingredients was fresh. I was the only one in the store. Store looked a bit tired and dirty.
I guess it was training day, the girls were doing well, owner obviously likes a clean shop, windows and all were getting the once-over when we got there. Keep up the training girls, you are doing just fine.
Slow service, looks like they dont know their jobs. Should not hire people who does not know anything.
Ohhh no, what a experience, very poor staff and rude. No services, the lady who’s making the bread said to me, its take time u didn’t see we r busy. And after i reached home i found hair in the bread?

EDIT For Reply - no offer was made to remake.have now called head office as store would not answer (phone was picked up and then hung up immediately several times) awaiting owner contact as I would still like a refund as product was inedible.
Ordered a gluten free wrap, was inedible was rock hard and had was completely destroyed upon wrapping.
Had to step aside as the staff member began a conversation with a woman that walked in behind me (she clearly knew this woman) and continued to speak with her whilst making my order and completely ignoring my answers. She asked me at least twice on everything I said to her so yeah service absolutely sucked.
Husband walked back in with the wrap and all 4 people started picking at it (3 staff and the woman who was not in any uniform as far as I’m concerned was just a customer) was told they don’t offer refunds and would have to call the manager whilst doing everything they could to actually avoid doing that.
Wrap was left on the counter as it sure as hell wasn’t being eaten after 4 people without gloves had just picked through it. Walked out without a refund so paid $9 for absolutely nothing.
Will call manager in the morning but judging from other reviews I’m not holding my breath on a satisfactory response.
Subway Gosnells is located in the more business are of Gosnells. Service was fast, food looked fresh and was tasty. There is room to dine in.

Chicken in the subway rolls were frozen and they refused to cook it when I told them I could not eat.

Awful place! Poor customer service, inventing abusive policies for customer and delivery driver to follow. On my way to further report. Subway headquarters should really investigate this shop.
Last few times I have come in, I have had to tell the staff what goes into one of your Subs and there is a picture of it on your board, the lady today didn’t know what to put in it as she was new and the other girl wasn’t doing well at showing her the ropes
After 3 bad experiences with the service at Subway in Gosnells, I will not be a returning customer, I feel sorry for the people getting trained, as their staff member who is training them isn’t very hands on when it comes to assistance, tonight’s visit has guaranteed that I shall never be returning to this store again, I’m thankful that they are Independently owned, as I usually purchase 3 Footlong Subs a week, so hopefully my $50 that I spend per week, will be more appreciated at one of the other locations. The poor customer service provided by this particular lady for my last 3 visits, aswell as the fact that the Sub I order, you have on display on your Menu board, yet half the staff don’t know what exactly goes in it and as I buy it for someone else, I have to try and remember what goes into it, to advise the staff what to put in it.
Also, the staff member in charge tonight was too busy mopping the floor to come help out the young lady at the counter until there were more than 4 people waiting to be served, plus, she left the floor quite wet and extremely unsafe, I also tried calling the store and I rang 20 times in 10 minutes and she didn’t bother to answer and it was definitely before the store closed.
If you like sandwiches that are almost a foot long, then you're in luck! 1 foot equals 12 inches or 304.8mm
Take a ruler or tape measure and check for yourself.
They're great sandwiches but they're also a lie!
This is by far the worst Subway I've ever had presented to me.
I'm disabled and my carer bought two toasted Ham and mixed salad rolls
This outlet is a total ripoff serving soggy, rolls and unfresh minisquels amount of your selected salad.
A total joke.
There was basically nothing on one roll and slightly more of nothing on the second one
PEOPLE BEWARE AVOID THIS PLACE AND GO TO MADDINGTON TO BE SERVED THE WAY SUBWAY SHOULD BE.
These people are 100% ripoff and need to have their head office advised of their scam outlet
I'm so annoyed that I had to pay for such rubbish.

A note to the owner
If you continue to send out food in this manner your business will not only colapse but someone will take you to task
Remember if your good to your customers they will be good to you
P. S. Just look at how many one stars this outlet has from the reviews it speaks for itself and I dont want further communication with you.

Kid was working at the shop and two other workers were at the back in the kitchen chatting chatting but doesnt care about customers thats standing for long time to be served but the workers dont care and continue doing their own thing.idk why the boss have to hire or keep those kind of staffs and this subway is worthless.
Absolutely worst service, terrible sub and wrap making skills, never been able to wrap it properly, Staff needs more training i think.
Absolutely disappointed
The ladies at the Gosnells Subway always remember my order. They are kind, and get my order going when they see me. Their service is great and so are the sandwiches not sure why there are so many bad reviews. Sometimes there is a line and the ladies are busy, but that happens at lunch time.
