Came here for lunch a while ago. Interesting to see they had a dine in option with Green food basket, first time ever. The place was very quiet when we came in so quick and easy service and friendly staff. Overall good experience here. Nothing to complain about.
Not sure why the reviews are so low, I guess I just got very lucky with who served me. I’ve been to many different subways and have worked at 3 different subways in the past so when I saw it was busy, I was abit worried that the service would be stressful and rushed but I was absolutely wrong. As busy at they were, all 3 workers were wonderful, patient, quick (still neat) and very well spoken. The line was clean, EVERYTHING was stocked (fridge, salads, meats/cheese’, sauces, cookies and all the bread). Honestly nothing bad I could say about this experience. My partner and I may have been abit of a pain because of our complex orders but they still showed immense patience and kindness. They pretty much didn’t have to communicate much at all to each other because they all know what they were doing and they all showed experience. I expected they’d be busy today because it’s a Saturday and the Black Friday sales but they still all provided amazing service and I genuinely am appreciative for customer service workers like them. Thank you to the 2 ladies and 1 gentlemen who served my partner and I today (25th Nov around 1pm). You 3 were great and deserve recognition and appreciation.
This only subway in the world you get very small portions size compared to other subway but you pay full money
Very rude people and bad services. Not matching up with the standard service of subways.
More often then not the staff are rude. If you just want subway and you don’t care how you are treated then it will do the job … late, half an hour after opening and they are still not ready.
Zero work ethics. She said I can’t have more then 3 sauces in my footlong you should have tell me before putting sauces what’s the point of telling me I can have 3 sauces while I’m doin my order you should have tell me before so that I can make choices accordingly I said I can pay extra if you want for another she said no I mean seriously
Owner is behaving very rudely and staff are nonsense.
Had to ask the lady serving to change her gloves, after watching her serve a few customers, touch surfaces, her face and all sorts. Then proceed to touch every food item after touching many other things.

Not recommended! Doesn’t know the way of talking…. Very rude behaviour towards the customers…charged you extra and doesn’t know how to talk…
Speaks very rudely, the food was not fresh. Take too much time. Don’t waste your money on this shop.
Asked for a wrap with just cheese and tomato, then had to pay extra for more than 2 pieces of cheese I still paid it! My toddler ate the whole wrap it was so small
Rude staff, bad customer service. Avoid them in food court so should have gone to other place.
Pity the rating don't go lower, as I never had the chance to try.out right rude reception told they were closed before I even greeted them.then again maybe he was having a bad hair day!
Just bought a roll with sausage in it for my 5 yo daughter. When came to salad option, I asked can I just have cucumber they said no then I said can I pay extra for cucumber as my daughter only eats cucumber and the staff said it’s not his problem.
