Staff are incredibly friendly, excellent food and served quick. I was a regular here and was on a first name basis with the staff for 7 years while I was working in the area.

There’s one short Asian staff who’s so stingy with cheese she says it’s small but it’s regular literally two strands of cheese

Simple subway and no frills sandwich shop located in Northbridge. Staff polite and made sub with no issues and was reasonably quick.

I wanted to get a BLT but with the jalapeno/unions/other veggies, but the guy said it was not possible. Even tho I had it before at the same place. Went to another subway where they said that it was normal to pick veggies on your sandwich.

Love this place, the man who i always see working in there (im assuming the manager or owner) is always such a delight.most friendly and kind hospitality worker i've ever come across.it really does make all the difference.

There warm and attentive workers. They make sure you are happy with the portion of anything to they place for you. Extremely kind.

When asked for my sub to be toasted I said no. The girl then proceeded to toast it till it was borderline burnt. This is also the second time this has happened in the same week. I then I asked for carrots, lettuce and olives and she decided to add tomato to that too because i guess I wasn’t in charge of how I wanted my sub. Terrible service.

I’m currently standing in the store. I’m the only person here. I’ve been here for the last 5 minutes. The girl that’s working is on the phone to her friend. At least she asked me to wait a minute ‍️

Guy serving us was really nice. Asked us if we wanted extras beforehand and gave us heaps of tissues since there were 3 of us. Even packed all the halves separately at our request. Very nice customer service.

First time at this store, came in on 25/08/2021 at around 1 o'clock and was served by William. Have never had such great Customer service before at a subway before. Incredible, will come again just for it! A lot of pride taken in his work Thank you!

Always get a large coke there, on 4-5 occasions their coke machine is either not working (usually a week+) to fix, or the syrup mixture is off.
Baby cockroaches near the fridge machine.
Today, ordered some cookies, kid put in two of the wrong ones.

Great customer service, staff very polite and wanting to please customers. Lunch was really good. Thanks for the service.

Rude staff! I tried making an order on the phone to pick up -they shut me down by saying “I have to make an order in the store. ” The fact that I have done pick up orders every week in the same store. I only get a limited amount of break time where I can order a quick bite. On top of that they refused to pick up my calls after. Clearly there is no good management and training regarding customer service. This subway is lucky they have the location.

Pretty terrible for a Subway. The girl didn’t seem to know how to make a sandwich and the salad was very slapdash with random amounts of stuff in it. The guy was much neater but very stingy with the salad.
