I came in at around 2: 30 yesterday. The staff was amazing. They were in their rush hour but i was served quickly and efficiently

Everytime I go in to get an order, i'm never greeted well.
I thought maybe it's just a busy day for them but this happens everytime! There's only one lady that is so lovely and welcoming other than that the service is so bad.

Person at the counter messed up my sandwich, remade it, then gave me it for free, customer service can’t get much better than this

I really don’t like the lady working here! She was Disrespectful service to customers (Tuesday 01.11.22 8.55am) if you don’t feel good you should to stay home! Don’t behave like that with customers

To worried about making jokes then to take the correct money off me.overcharged me but if u call the head office they will give u a free sub!

The least amount of ingredients I have ever seen in a sub. Veggie delight with 3 slice of tomato 4 pieces of onion and 3 pickles, bring back the old workers. Staff are rude and arrogant having conversations amongst them self in a different language is so rude. Also cookies never on display always come out of a lunch box, what has happened to this store?

Pretty stingy with ingredients. Got a veggie delight and had more wrap than ingredients. Poor customer service experience too. Overall, needs improvement.

Went yesterday with my boyfriend who ordered a subway sandwich and the guy working there was super nice and welcoming. Was about 9: 30/10am yesterday maybe. Lovely dude. Very nice.

I love how fresh and healthy the ingredients always look and the staff are always so accommodating. Also can sit in store if u don't want to eat in your car 5 stars

A well loved outlet. Clean and efficient however needs a little lo e from its owner, a little makeover maybe appreciated. Service was good. Sandwich was to subway standard. (Not my preference). Convenient location.

As slow as a wet week, I understand new workers but if I’m the only one in the shop and could of made enough for my whole family I expect better. Not to mention opening the sub and thinking it was a dropped pie.

You go to this subway and it is always more expensive than any other subway plus they refuse vouchers on their app!

I just ordered 3 subs and only received 2. I now have a child who has no dinner, despite paying around $50 for this store to deliver 3 subs. How is it possible to “forget” the third sub? If the staff at this store are capable of stuffing up such a simple request what else might they stuff up? What about their hygiene practices? This is inexplicable and as at the time of this review the store has done nothing to rectify the issue. I’m appalled this is even possible and will not order from this store again, and strongly recommend anyone else who wants a reliable meal to avoid ordering from here. Disgraceful.

Didn't even know how to put chicken on bread, dropped half of my sub on the floor while trying to put it in the oven and the chicken was stone cold when I went to eat it.

1/2 tsp of garlic butter on a 6in sub for $1! Way to make money when business isn't going good?

I wish they would stick to the advertised closing times. If you’re going to say you close at 8: 30 don’t close at 8.

If you close at 8.30, ALL services should be available until that time (including toasting) and ingredients shouldn’t be packaged away unless they have run out.

I ordered pickles on my sub and got olives instead. Workers should be paying attention to customers wants. Otherwise good service
