The Indian girls working there are useless. They barely speak English and just seem to not even want to try and give any type of customer service. Won't come back.

Was served by a beautifully mannered young man with blonde hair today. He offered to change his gloves for me when I asked if he had handled any meat. Was really attentive when I made a picky order too. 5 stars for his work ethic.

Bro what is going on with subway lately? First thing is they don't have a menu anymore. There is no pricing for anything, just calories No menu for type of roll. Ordered a footlong with ham turkey lettuce tomatoe cheese onion cucumber, normal salad options. And a 600ml sprite. $23.65. What a joke!

Honestly feel bad for the staff that have to work there. The owner seems to be a absolute c#nt who has no respect for the customer or his young staff. Haven’t seen a subway more stingy on how much toppings they put on. Might take the cake for worst subway in Perth. Feel bad having to give that guy money.

Horrible and miserly 7 pieces of olives in a footling and I had to literally beg for onions and mozzarella cheese. A big no from me. I will not visit this outlet again

So when I went subway with my friends we were ordering and then one of them decided they wanted a sandwich too so she said “can I pls have a sandwich” and they gave her a dirty look like this and didn’t say anything n made her sandwich with additude. Today I went and I didn’t hear what they said and they gave me a dirty look aswelll like this but anyways I give 2 stars because the food was good

Was absolutely disgusting! There was no bread made no mayonnaise. When there was the lettuce was welted and the cucumber was in CHUNKS.definitely won't be going back!

Ordered subway and my dad got a long hair in the sub and as a fellow subway employee knowing hair should be tied up and not a single one of the staff members at lunch time had their hair up or back and repeatedly touching hair while serving! Very disgusting didn’t even change gloves not following health and safety rules at all lucky I didn’t report you guys bc this ain’t the first time this has happened when staff don’t have hair tied back, should train your staff better have hair tied back and if touching anything that is in their person changing their gloves

Ordered 3 subs, but the woman didn't let us mention we wanted the second 2, so we had to go through the line 3 times. When we finally got to the last sub, the teenage boy at counter with the black hair was very moody. Rolling his eyes at us, raising his eyebrows, giving us attitude. Didn't add salt and pepper when we first asked so we had to repeat it and he got annoyed when we corrected him. Asked to add cookies and got moody again, rolling his eyes and reluctantly started grabbing our cookies. Will not be returning if I see this boy at the counter as I should not have to tolerate that behaviour.

This is the most dirtiest subway I’ve seen.
The lettuce looks like been there from morning.
The staff got no uniform.
It’s just disgusting

Went into the store the other day and the girl with the fake lashes was extremely rude, alongside pulled faces because she dropped the money, and didn’t hand us our food so we had to reach over the counter to get it after paying. I think you may need to rethink who you hire, have had amazing experiences at this subway other then this rude girl.

Somehow had about 5 people working but still a complete mess… six people waiting in line and the order of everyone was messed about making people push through others to get there order.the service was lacking with barely being able to understand what the workers were saying. The girl who served me put a minimal amount of salad on, leaving it very flat and essentially all bread. No care was put in at all. Honestly shocking

Such an awful experience staffs are disgusting very bad quality of vegetables need more training for staff quality of bread never suggest

I knew it was late, and expected nothing to be available and the bread as hard as a cats head!
Butto my surprise, I was only met with a full expanse of fresh bread etc etc, but then I met Layla!

She was a breath of fresh air!
Happy, polite, courteous, but most of all, a sense of humour!

I ordered a grilled wrap with tuna and strips a while back but they forgot to turn on the panini press so I had to eat Lukewarm strips with cold af tuna. Not to mention it was wrapped twice because they couldn’t fit it all in even though it wasn’t really that much.

Very unwelcoming staff, the guy behind the counter could not care a less if he was serving a customer.
The most annoying part is the arrogant staff members at the back not wearing a mask, we are still in a pandemic guys WAKE UP! I’m surprised such a large company doesn’t have guidelines that workers have to abide by. Normally go to another subway who are far more professional.

Was all good apart from the mask Karen that forced us to wear mask while ordering then evicted us from store because no passport
