Rude and ignorant staff- incompetent on following requests (Tash especially was filled with attitude)

Female staff member serving on 12 Jan 2023 @ 10.00am was impatient and rude. The quality of the sub was below standard. Will never eat there again

Got a special deal offer that I couldn't refuse as Subway is our favourite takeout. Price is generally the decider where we eat out.

Absolutely terrible service from the presumed manager Jamie. I ordered through the Subway app and chose a recent order (which had come through correctly the week before.)
For some reason, not my fault or the stores, the app changed the bread choice. Whilst I understand this isn’t the managers fault, he did absolutely nothing to help me at all, just a simple “buy another sandwich, nothing I can do. ” He’s rude to his staff, he’s rude over the phone and to your face, and rarely even smiles. As said in other reviews, I’ve even seen him getting agitated with trainees, and treating them like they’re stupid. When I contacted Subway themselves about this issue, they didn’t even respond (it has been a good three weeks.)
I have since gone to the nearby Connolley store, and am very pleased to find the staff are friendly and helpful, and I even have noticed over the last few times I have been there, that the food even comes out tasting better (crunchier and more balanced).
Whatever the Jindalee store is doing, it’s all wrong, and their manager Jamie needs to be pulled into the office and reviewed.

Light on with the salad, but way too much sauce which destroyed the flavour of our shredded pork Subway.

Tall skinny pale guy kept wiping his nose on his tshirt sleave. I asked him to stop, and he preceded to call me the N word (just came from Sudan a year ago, never had issues with racism at subway until the other day at this restaurant.)

Ordered food on Uber eats - they take payment then say their are making my order - 20 mins later my order gets canceled and it says they can’t fulfil my order?

Fast friendly service, clean store and fresh ingredients even after 6pm. Rolls made with heaps of filling and great tasting protein main, in this case Teriyaki. Highly recommend this store.

Went in here to order some food and the assumed management on this shift was horrible to what appeared to be a new lady working tonight who appeared to be learning on the job. Whomever the young gentlemen was on shift today should learn better management skills and customer service skills. Overall the young girl on was lovely, however the young guy teaching her was horrible, condescending and just straight out rude to her. We ended up just walking out because of his actions and indecency towards his co-worker and customer service overall.

It's not normally like this and was quite disappointing to see. Maybe there may need to be a customer service workshop implemented of some sort and even review of management at this eatery.

This subway is the most incompetent restaurant I have ever dealt with. Every online order I get has multiple things incorrect. Literally have the instructions in front of them and can’t even manage. Disappointed. Lost a customer.

Fast service, friendly staff who look like they work hard the store was quite busy when I came in and the guy who served me was very polite, would definitely come back again!

Been several times, I always order the same thing. Everything I ask for the salads, they don't put much on at all, a pinch of capsicum, 5-7 olive slices 3-5 jalepenos and a pinch of carrot and onions. The sauce is also skimpy, cost cutting at its finest. Cheers, next time I will drive to yanchep

Good food but hate the way they stop in the middle of serving me to serve a food courier! Like I can wait but they can’t? Bloody rude.

The amount of times I come past looking to buy dinner and they're closed.seriously, the dude was locking up at 7.45pm when their closing time is 9. Happens so often. Wonder if the owner knows staff are packing up early?

Big thanks to Jamie, the manager at Subway Jindalee, and his amazing staff. Had to cancel a large party order for a family function, due to unforeseen circumstances. Couldnt be more helpful, and sympathetic. Will definitely be placing another order when we are organising the event in the future.

Tall guy with blonde hair made me a killa sandwich with heaps of delightfully roasted meat and juicy, red tomato. The subway had great food in it. I’m new to western society. I’m not a munk. I am grek Muslim. Buddhists are friend not foe. Great customer service and overall ‘narly’ store. Mate.

The staff are friendly and they get the job done, I just feel sorry for them with uber eats because they clearly seem flat out

I ordered subway yesterday vegie Patty footlong 12 inches, couldn’t believe the quality has been dropped. Found only bread and patty inside. No proper filling of salad. Never want to order again with them. Moreover, I like subway very much but this time they make me sad.

Tall guy with long hair kept wiping his drippy nose on his shirt while making our food. Absolutely discussing. He was also in the back prepping food. The new staff are completely incompetent, very messy. Management needs to get on top of this mess.

When ordering my lunch i ended up with the scraps from the bottom of the containers of meat salad ect, looked more like a dogs lunch with some bread.
