One staff member in particular is obviously not made for customer service. Looked and sounded fed up / very direct.no name badge, I assume her name was maybe Karen?

November 2021 owner said “ how do you justify that welfare waste given the state of the debt? “ I replied “ how do you justify the tax cuts that created a tax revenue collection shortfall that made the deficit that generated the debt over time? Owner then said “ what tax cuts? ” I replied “ raising top tax rate threshold from 60k to 180k caused a $35 billion a year tax shortfall quote PBO analysis 2009 then tax returns 2003 $11billion 2007 $20 billion now $30billion. Then there is the tax cuts to corporations then there is the welfare to rich, superannuation, capitalist gains, private health rebate, negative gearing, private education and franking credits, where 90% given to high income earners. This combined caused the structural deficit and thus the national debt over time.
He walked off shaking his head.
2 weeks later I went to subway and had an incident I won’t eat there again
I have a mate buy 2 subs, in one the meatball there were 6 small meat balls in a foot long, he was served short.
Poor way to run a food service business.
Discrimination?

Food is always fresh. Staff generally really helpful. Not really a place to sit and eat. Ambience is pretty aweful.

The best subway I have had in a long time. They took care on making sub and it was delicious and stayed together nicely.

Great Staff they made me a great Sub just the way I like it and with Good service you can't go wrong.

Just got subway delivered from ubereats and they missed an entire 6-inch which was resolved by uber. The other 2 subs I ordered completely lacked salad, literally just a few leaves of spinach sprinkled on (we had ordered all the regular salads). Just a complete lack of care.

When I spotted a small fly on cookie kept inside and told the guy, he still killed it on the cookie itself and didn't removed the cookie. First ever worst experience

To the lovely lady who served us tonight at 7pm, 14/06/22. You made one of the best subs we’ve ever had and your customer service was amazing. I used to work at Subway many years ago and have always been judgey on how people make my sub but you honestly were perfect in my eyes.
