From first contact, the team here can't be faulted. They were responsive to my email, and followed up with phone calls and text messages. They did everything they could to fit me in around my schedule, but being the height of summer this was not possible. So had to go for a service call a week later. The service tech called about an hour before attending. Was very professional, completed the job quickly and had me check everything was ok before finishing.
I can't recommend these people highly enough.
I will be using them again in the future.

Michael from Suburban Splits rang to check if he could arrive earlier, of course the answer was yes as a consequence he was finished about 15 minutes after his original start time. He was very efficient and provided a number of helpful insights on how we could operate our aircon more efficiently. He left the place clean and tidy. All in all an excellent technician.

I was very impressed from the get go with this company. They were responsive to my request for information, with a professional quote detailing all the steps that needed to be taken to supply and fit two reverse split systems, with explanations and diagrams/photos. I felt the cost was fair and not bloated, and when they arrived, my partner was there and was amazed at how quickly and neatly they worked, with very little mess (which they then cleared up). They only left a few hours ago and only had a trial go with my systems, but so far so good!

Great communication regarding the booking and text confirmation reminder the night before. The two guys that came out were friendly, tidy and did a good job.

Due to their prices (extremely good) I was a little nervous going through them for my three split system purchases and installs, but there was no reason to worry, everything ran smoothly, and the install was spot on. I could not be happier. Highly recommended.

Service is great but the aircon they put in lasted 5 weeks before it stopped working and now getting it fixed through warranty is proving to be painful.

I got really great non salesy advice on the phone, and a really good price, so decided to give them a shot. The guys came out and did a great job on installation, checking each unit was where we wanted before drilling etc

They have just installed a air conditioning unit for me and the whole experience was great.

I've asked for a specific model and, even though they had it, they "convinced" me to buy a cheaper model as the feature differences would not really impact me. You don't see people putting customers first like this all the time.

The team that came for the installation was also great. Did everything really quickly, with great finishing and still made sure that the room was spotless clean before leaving.

Will definitely hire them again in the future if needed.
