Subiaco Adult Community Mental Health Clinic

I have visited several times over the past few years and am finishing up my current time with the clinic. The receptionists are lovely, and my case manager fantastic in helping advise, and refer me to allied services to further my recovery. I have been lucky enough to receive home visits as well which really helped. Thanks team, my doctor and special thanks to my case manager Sandra.

An absolute waste of time. I had not slept for days and asked to speak to a doctor immediately to get medicated so I could avoid psychosis. My rude case manager (who always speaks in a condescending tone) told me it was not a life or death situation so I would have to wait a few days or visit a psych ward. This is the sort of service you can expect.

I had a wonderful experience with the subiaco community mental health team. I was assigned Jacqui as my case worker while using this service. This genuinely helped steer my life into a better direction, helped connect me with the right support and got me on the right path to recovery.

Current failure to leave my son without a script for his anti psychotic for 4 days despite daily phone calls from his chemist. My son is on a CTO. This neglect can leave the patient in psychosis and endanger the public and the family. All they do is Medicare and can't get that right

I saw a doctor here about two weeks ago and he went against my wishes. I Didn't give him consent to speak to someone and he still did. This practice has gone against me from the beginning. No notice whe a appointment has been cancelled.
