Service: No doubt it was one of the best car-buying experience with their non-pushy, knowledgeable, honest sales team. Due to my own special situation, there were a lot more additional paperwork required but Bruno made everything easy for me.

Car: The car I received was perfect. I have been driving a Forester myself since 2018 and bought a new one for my wife this time. We drive a lot on gravel road and this is the most trustable car I have ever had.

Spoke to someone by the name of Nima in service, very rude, ambiguous quoting to just rip people off. Didn't catch his name at first when I asked him again called himself James Bond. "You wish" Not with an Indian accent.

The service is always friendly, offer to wash and vacuum was greatly appreciated. Was ready prior to when required.

Recently purchased a used Subaru privately and had few issues I needed looking at. Took it down to Subaru Osborne park to book it in and lucky enough the foreman was in the service department at the time and said he would look at my car straight away. Fixed my electric window issue in the carpark and said "Merry Xmas, no charge for that"

Had an amazing sales guy Zed. Like the letter, yes. Looked after me for weeks after showing interest in one of their cars. I work away a lot so having consistent communication and being checked in on, even after work hours really heightened my experience and like towards this company. He’s a top sales man & treats you as a friend of his, right from the start. Just picked up a new 2022 outback from Subaru Osborne park, this is the second Subaru I have purchased from the same dealership. I dealt with Bruno the sales person, not your usual "car sales person he was honest and respected me being older person, Paul the sales manager again was straight up and down two fantastic guys. Last but not the least was the delivery manager Monique, she was one very organised young lady, thank you guys for a really great deal and meeting some nice people.

I dealt with Aaron Peacock with sale of my Hilux and can’t recommend him highly enough. The whole process was streamlined and straightforward, Aaron kept in touch with me throughout. He’s also offered to help find the next vehicle I’m looking to purchase which will take the stress out of searching car yards for what I want. If you have a car to sell, Aaron is your man.

All the staff here were really lovely to talk to and deal with. Hubby and I went through Kevin and he was so helpful, informative and with was great to deal with while we had our inquisitive baby wanting to touch everything. Kevin helped us with trading in our old forester and upgrading to a much needed new Forester. Thankyou Kevin!
