So happy with the new hairdo (cut and a colour)! Also very happy that I got to donate my ponytail (albeit very very tiny one) and I got some great product recommendations. One of them is already a new favorite. The people are super nice and friendly too, would definitely recommend:)

Suat is very friendly and extremely professional. I got a haircut and colouring done. It was exactly how I wanted it. He listens to his clients needs and recommends what is necessary.

Have been to a lot of hair dressers. And always left unhappy because of my ethnic hair. But suat has fixed that issue for me and I love my hair.

Had a great experience here for my 9yo daughter's haircut. Due to staff illness, Lily was left to hold the fort on her own. She couldn't finish off my daughter's cut, but still left with a reasonable cut and asked us to return at a later date to finish off the cut. We are very happy with the cut and service here. Also, they donate ponytails to local charities for wig making. We will be returning.

Very disappointed with this hair salon, I was very honest and upfront for the desired hairstyle, instead have walked out with something completely different and not happy at all.was told to come back other time and I will get what am after.unbelievable! But hey
at least I had the chance to get blow dry with two hair dryers at the same time.that was a freaking 'masterpiece'!

Hair is everything. We wish it wasn’t so we could actually think about something else occasionally. But it is. It’s the difference between a good day and a bad day. Hair is everything. Walking out I cried in my car. I wanted what I saw on Instagram a makeover. I gave different choices, ideas. I really do think a photo is a contract, if you can’t deliver tell me, don’t lie and make me walk out 350 poorer with the same hair I walked in with.missing four hours of my life. Nice staff.

By sheer luck I messaged Saturday morning and was offered an appointment that same afternoon. I loved the outcome of my cut and balayage. The coffee and Turkish delight were lovely treats too. Will certainly be back

1000% would recommend lily, she’s amazing! I have never gotten my hair done professionally, so glad to have done it with her. Received K18 treatment and cut/style and was left with healthy, shiny hair. Also got balayage treatment which I’m in love with the colour. So obsessed with my hair, will be coming back x

Really enjoy coming in for a regular colour and cut. The team are super friendly, welcoming and attentive. I love that there are real magazines to read and a great range of drinks and snacks. Oh, and the head massages are 10 / 10
