Student Guild Tavern reviews
10It's a decent pub with decent food. Nothing to write home about but it is very nice that it's on campus so it's convenient if nothing else.
Loved the food and the atmosphere. Location is very convenient. Prices are reasonable for a student budget.
Bartenders were extremely rude, have had pleasant experiences at the tav up until a few weeks ago. Probably won’t go back here anymore.
The Curtin tav emits a relaxed and fun atmosphere. They offer quizzes and other games that tables can join in if they choose. They offer a nice variety of drinks and even have happy hour between 4-5pm. The food can be a little pricey so I'd advise you source that elsewhere.

The daily food specials are basic. Beers are good but don't offer much variety. A rotating craft beer would be nice.
Decent atmosphere, food is alright but not nearly good enough for the price they charge. If you attend curtin and really want to get some drinks after a long day it works, but otherwise go elsewhere
Great weekly deals for students. Beer battered fries are delicious. Vegetarian and vegan options available.
I love having a drink after a hard day at Uni. Had a really nice greek salad for $15 and a couple of cold drinks.
Last place I would buy food from at Curtin.ordered a steak the first time (well done). The gravy wasn't good and I could barely chew it. I kept chewing hoping I could swallow but to no avail, I just spit it out. Second occasion, I ordered the pasta of the day and boy was it blunt, yeah I guess it's just mushroom and chicken pasta but how blunt should food taste? Apart from that, the cashier was very friendly and nice to me and I was treated well. However I will now be buying food from the main café on the other side of the tav. I'm only rating it two stars for customer service
