Strange Company

Had a great time on a sunny Sunday arvo having a drink in the sun and listening to the live music.

I visited after dinner. We had several types of sparkling wine and oysters. Both were very delicious. The female staff member who took care of me was wonderful and I had a great time.

Amazing cocktails experience, and oyster was so fresh and sweet. The decorate of bar are so delicate. Pretty sure u can find every liquid and spirit here

Service is absolutely A1, the food is super delicious especially the beef carpaccio. Amelia served our large dinner group and handled it with all class and accommodating. Definitely will be making it our regular.

If you want a small, cosy place to have a quiet drink and chat, this is the place for you. Lovely little bar, staff are friendly and helpful, cocktails are amazing, will visit again.

We went here as it was the only place open at 9pm for dinner. The atmosphere is nice, BUT I Had the chorizo and got food poisoning. I’m not sure if it had been left out and re-heated or not, but it was definitely not pleasant.

Classy and decent cocktail bar with awesome food and drinks to compliment. A different freo crowd in here. Great staff, smart and sleek decor bringing outside in and nice bathrooms. Overall feel good in this venue! Love the bamboo, 3 plus years on and still going strong.

Quirky little Bar with extraordinary selection of wines and beers.

Great service and food Tapa's style share plates was very good.very modern comfortable and great atmosphere will come again for sure.

Service =5, Drinks = 5, Ambience = 5, Food = 3. Really good bar. The whole place is really well done. The only thing that let's it down is the food.

Lovely little tucked away spot with great food and drinks.the manager Amelia is absolutely amazing and will take care of everything you didn't even think of.highly recommend!

Went there on the last Sat of Jan and had a male bartender serve us. And my I have never received worse service from a bartender before. "What do you want" when approaching the bar, no greetings, casual conversation, etc. When placing the drinks on the table, just coming over, placing them down. Usually you'd have the bartender come over and say "Hey, so I've got the [drink name] and the [other drink name]. Enjoy! " Same thing occurred with the food. The bartender forgot one of our drinks, so we went up to ask and he replied with "oh yeah" then moved off to go make it, we sat back down then he came over and said "your drink is at the bar. " When ordered shared meals, make sure you bring your own cutlery as if you ask, you'll be presented with an eyeball and a long wait. Even when it's not busy at all. Quite disappointing, won't be going back. Drinks were okay, bit on the pricey side but not ridiculous.

Oh how the mighty have fallen this for years was a bar I liked to stop by for a quick bite and a good cocktail but everytime I've been near the place since I've not really enjoyed my self to the same degree they have had a large change of staff and maybe everyone's just blending again I don't know but the atmosphere has definitely change aswell

Will always go in for a cocktail and a nibble just have been slowly feeling a change of types happening here I mean it was there tenth birthday not long ago and maybe the owners have the place on auto pilot and are enjoying there years of hard work on a beach with one of there lovely cocktails in hand

Ask them to make a gin and grapefruit and your life will never be the same. Great atmosphere and service. I haven't tried much of the menu but what I have had was good. New favourite spot in Freo.

The flavours of the dishes here are excellent. The chef here has a great flair for experimental stuff that hits on so many levels every time. Great tasting food!

Interesting bar. Off the beaten track. Indoor/outdoor courtyard feel, long bar and great selection.
