8Everytime i’ve gone into the karrinyup store i’ve had to interrupt a conversation between the employees to assist me in a purchase, the young staff in particular ignore you and would rather have a conversation behind the counter than sell you products
With a big range of travel bags in various prices it can get a little confusing but luckily Sass answered all my queries to narrow my search. They say most young people are not helpful or knowledgeable but Sass was brilliant. Thank you.
Went into your store last week after my suit case broke while I’m on holidays and I just wanted to say thank you to Hannah for such amazing customer service, after a stressful day it was such a breath of fresh air to be helped by such a lovely person! Thank you very much Hannah for all your help, I absolutely love my big guess suitcase, it’s PERFECT!
We were in your store earlier this week looking for a specific Guess hand luggage that was not in stock in store. Hannah went above and beyond to see if other stores had the stock and arranged a store to door delivery. She was also most helpful with our other travel needs.
The young staff need to be trained in customer service. I went in on Sunday, and every single employee was huddled around one of the wallet stands talking to each other, ignoring customers. Poor behaviour considering they’re on the clock.
