Great service, excellent offers and great staff with fantastic customer service

My wife and daughter were shopping at Booragoon and after my daughter purchased an item they were looking at another item on the way out when a staff member basically snatched the item they were looking at and escorted them out. I have spent thousands of dollars over the years on new bags from here. Not anymore I will be taking this up with corporate as that was rude inappropriate and disgusting behaviour which left them rattled.

I took our young daughter in to buy a bag just before Christmas. We received outstanding service from Anne, who kindly showed my daughter several options, provided helpful advice, and did so in a kind, considerate and delightful way. Thank you for the great service!

Lots of range and great service from the staff.
The staff had great ideas for alternatives that I was looking for, which ended up much cheaper for me.

Nice variety but couldn't find what I wanted. Also as international travel isn't on yet can't buy any of those great looking durable light luggage sets.

A really huge range of wallets and purses to workbags are available. Including some great pieces of luggage.

So many brands and styles to choose from. It was a pleasure shopping here.

The stock is all well presented and clean for a super busy store.

The lady that served me was very friendly and helpful.

Yes i found a new purse it was great as was a sale on. However I now need one to hold my cards
