A truly pro operation from start to finish. I was excessively nervous/paranoid about my visit (first trip to a dentist in a long, long time) before coming in but the staff put me right at ease from the beginning. During my consultation, everything was broken down bit by bit and put in a context I could understand. No more freaking out from me about my teeth.

I've been going to the Strand for many years now and have had a great experience every time (well, as great as an experience can be at a dentist).

The whole team are fantastic at what they do. When I think about it, I guess they would be one of my favourite local businesses. Definitely recommended.

Excellent care and service! Not being a fan of dentists in general, I was pleasantly surprised and made to feel at ease straight away! Dr Vilas Menon is great! He explains everything in an easy way and dealt with my nerves perfectly!

The staff at Strand Dental Centre are very friendly. Dr Singh was really comforting and reassuring. He explained everything clearly and provides quick and excellent care.

Fantastic customer service, I can't speak more highly of the team at the Strand Bedford, they make visiting the dentist a very enjoyable experience and will do everything they can to help you. Very unusual these days to get such great, friendly patient care, would recommend this practice to anyone

Went to this dentist needing a filling in a wisdom tooth. They said that they wouldn't do it because the wisdom teeth needed to be extracted (even though I expressed that I wanted to avoid this if possible). They then said I needed to make another appointment with another dentist. Essentially charged me alot of money to do nothing to help fix my problem. Went to another dentist who said the extraction was unnecessary and it only needed a filling. I feel as though they were encouraging an expensive procedure to make money. Would not recommend.

Perfect place to go if your frightened or nervous visiting a dentist. Such a lovely, warm and friendly place. The staff were wonderful and made me feel very comfortable:) I had all 4 wisdom teeth taken out and it wasn't bad at all!:)
