These guys are awesome, a young dude named Joel was a true customer service Angel for me today and helped massively with some costly modular synthesisers I wanted to get for my brother. Seriously can't thank him enough for his kindness and understanding in my particular circumstances along with their national customer service team in general. But particularly to Joel, thanks a lot man, my brother is smiling and making some genuinely awesome tunes thanks to you. Huge props

The fellow called Brent in your Leederville store lacks energy and helpfulness. He seems a little lazy. MO. Gave him a few basic clues I needed help and information with a product. Nope from Brent. The fellow who took my phone call 30 minutes before made a great effort and suddenly here I am in the store. I'd give that guy five stars. Lo and behold as I'm driving out, there's Brent outside leaning on a car having a chin wag. Hmmm.

Seriously so helpful. Staff are amazing. I'm a novice and I didn't ever feel patronised and I left waaay more informed:)

Have used store DJ for a few years now at few different locations, prices are good and customer support is top notch at every store I've used. I'm spewing they moved from Cannington though: '- (- first world problems lol.

I bought a set of Beyerdynamic Custom One Pro headphones which straight out of the box clearly looked to have been tampered with or used, one of the cans was fallen off, the link piece was lying loose and a screw that held the piece on was missing.

I asked them to kindly swap me over a good set and I got a long email back where I was told I need to have an inspection first in store, then sent off to a third party, then a decision made at their discretion as to whether I can get a replacement and the a 2-4 week wait.

What a joke, when something is clearly falling to bits out of the box when the customer returns home from the store, you just swap it over.

Greeted and acknowledged when I first came in. Got what I was after. The person that served me was knowledgeable.

Non pushy, very helpful sales people and if you're unsure of something all you need to do is speak to one of the staff and they'll point you in the right direction, good work guys, keep it up!

Best online prices and the store is worth the visit. Brody was very helpful in selecting a midi keyboard.

Fantastic company to deal with, helpful with any questions you have and buy with confidence. Great products well priced and know that you will be supported in the unlikely event of something going wrong. My one stop shop for DJ gear I would not buy from anyone else. Don't waste your time with other online store and retailers claiming their service & pricing is better. Just check the ratings on for Store DJ compared to (how do say it) that other "City" retailer one. These guys are the best at what they do and wont let you down.

Get all my DJ equipment from here. The staff are lovely and helped me with something that was not working properly. All fixed and they were awesome about the whole situation.
