7Great advice, however only 4 stars as is only open some of the time despite advertised opening hours
We built in Vale and it was the best decision we have ever taken in our lives. The sales team was honest, prompt and helpful. A very positive outcome and we have a beautiful home near the lake and recreational areas.
Extreme amount of deception. I hope them all the best, but I won’t recommend trusting them.
Very friendly and helpful. Hugely knowledgeable about the development and the area. Well worth calling in if you are thinking about moving to this area.
Good parking and good range of display houses. There were 25 when I was there. That is a decent amount and provides a wide range of styles and prices.
Be careful when buying land in Aveley. We were told that Aveley Primary was our local school, however turns out that we are classed as Ellenbrook according to WA Education department as we are on the other side of Millhouse Road and the local school is EllenStirling in Ellenbrook. Had i have known that the school was in Ellenbrook i never would have bought a block of land here. We paid extra to live in a private estate but have to send our child to a school in the suburb with Perth's highest crime rate. Very deceitful and am seeking legal advice. Everything in Aveley is great, parks, lots of community activities, gyms, shops etc, but my main reason for moving here was the school that we are now not eligible to attend.
