Viewed today. The estate agent was pleasant, the house & surrounds lovely. BUT then I took a short walk around the neighbourhood & found there was a large, angry black dog living in one of the very nearby houses (back garden), just two doors up, that did not stop barking, loudly and aggressively, the entire time, at me & a few other people who'd come to view the properties. The barking echoed & resonated around the whole neighbourhood. That's a big NOPE from me. Sorry, but living anywhere near that would drive me to despair.
