Stirling Leisure Centres - Herb Graham - Mirrabooka reviews
24Brilliant facility, fantastic staff and there are always events for the community. Lots of parking and close to shops.
Basketball courts are to close together in this centre. But it's a good space and venue other than that small problem
It is very modern inside with automatic taps and automatic toilet doors. Very conducive for cleanliness in this time of Covid 19.
The staff that work here are amazing, especially Fay. Fay always has a smile and greats everyone that comes in.
First time I've been back to herb Graham in quite some time and the new work on the main court and stadium seating made it all look a million bucks. Hoops are still for the 19th century. Fingers crossed that's in the budget in the next decade to really get this place up to speed.
Great recreational centre with a community hall to for the community needs. Great basketball courts
This centre has employed rude, arrogant basketball referees who seem to be under the assumption that the way to deal with customer questions is to pick a fight with the players and their parents. This centre does not take out punishment on the referees that do this and allows them to continue this behaviour. This leads to dangerous and bias games in which players can get hurt to the point of bleeding before a foul is called and even then it is rare. One of the referees here grabbed one player by the throat after the referee had aggravated the customer toamger. This behaviour is not acceptable aand I will be contacting the city of Stirling Human Resources as this complaint was not addressed in emails sent directly to the head of centre. I do not recommend you allow your child or teenager or yourself to play here as you would be entering a dangerous situation where all the referees are either friends withh other abusive players letting rough and dangerous play slide on the court or they are aggressive themselves. Will not be coming here again and will make sure anyone I know to not come here either.
Great little sports centre. Has a kiosk thats open still in the evenings, staff are really lovely.
Herb Graham is also home to Rebound WA- a not for profit organisation making sport and recreation accessible for people with disabilities. My partner plays wheelchair basketball here, it's a great game to watch and play!
A very popular center for Sports, functions and Dances. Multi cultural. Great work city of Stirling.
The Stirling Leisure Centre is a fun place to visit. From socialising to exercising and having a ‘bite to eat’. It is a place to invite your family and friends and to have a good time.
Highly recommended.
I was surprised to see this centre so big and of activities including a swimming pool behind the road.
Such a well located resources for multicultural events. The centre has variety of rooms for any function.
Great for many things ranging from sports competitions to talent quests to formal meetings for large groups.
Great staff. Very helpful and respectful. Understanding and caring place to be. Good gym as well. Very open.
Quite place with lots of activity to do. Ranging from learning center, basketball court, 5 aside soccer and lots more
Second home! Best place to be, sport, kind people and good coffee.what else could you ask for? Oh, and it also has a great gym in the premises, so you can exercise while you wait for your kids to train, play or just hang out!
Went there to watch the kickboxing didn't want to fork out for a table and had to sit on the wooden terrace seating and ended up with a sore ass and back
Older recreation center with a small gym facility. But it has a very friendly begginers and casuals basketball competition on Saturdays.
Good place to hang around with friends. Nicely maintained indoor play area.good and kind staff and very helpful.
Lovely softball complex, 4 diamonds, canteen and bar facilities. State Championship week was awesome,
