Purchased an apartment in the Cirque development Mount Pleasant and I have been extremely disappointed with the lack of communication from Cirque to resolve a number of building defects within the unit, as well as ongoing issues with communal building faults such as the central air conditioning that have not been resolved.

Very happy with the service I received and my apartment at Cirque. Keep up the good work Stirling!

Best experience I have had in purchase of properties. I found Nick very dedicated to providing information to clients and available to help with any information. Property is in heart of the Perth CBD and I couldn't be more excited to own a property in 78 Striling Street.

A lot of times more than just the price, you need a best sales consultant to deal with. I have found that in Nick Skinner.

Apartment is of higher quality than expected. Looking forward for nice swimming pool on the top. Gym is awesome with the kitchen facilities and movie theatres.

Before discovering the Verdant development I had expected to take many months to settle on a place to buy and call home. However, after a chance meeting with a representative of Stirling Capital, who are responsible for Verdant, things moved quickly. They were responsive and engaged with me and my needs fully. Their communication was excellent and they understood what I wanted and, I have to say, went to great lengths to make it happen. They also clearly believe in their product, which is very refreshing. The result was a hassle-free process with all boxes ticked.and a really awesome apartment in the heart of the city!

I bought an apartment at Mindarie Marina from Stirling Capital and have been really happy with it. Having Just inspected my second apartment at Barque - which looks great - I can happily say keep up the good work!

Stirling Capital use dodgy builders like BGC who can't even provide workers with proper hygienic toilets. Their treatment of female workers is a an absolute disgrace.
