Stirk Medical Group - Newburn Rd surgery

Stirk medical group have been the best medical practice I have been too. From the reception with Rosie who will do whatever she can to help, always positive and supportive, to the amazing doctors especially Caroline and Sam. A place you can trust with your health.

Very friendly service and Dr Cathy Civil was lovely. Finally found a female Dr I think I'm going to be happy with.

First appt to the surgery and ended up being transferred to hospital. Great team and my new Dr

I find all the doctors at this practice are very professional and caring and Rosey at reception is extremly helpful and caring i do recommend with 5 stars.i hope this gets through im not very tech savvy

Going to this Dr’s surgery the first person that greets you is Rosie the receptionist.
Rosie is the sweetest & always has a smile.
Dr Caroline Smith isn’t just there to hand out medication. She listens, understands & has compassion for her patients.
If I didn’t have Rosie or Dr Smith, this year would have been so much harder.
I have nothing but praise for this clinic.

I feel well supported at Stirk Medical Newburn Rd. Dr Smith is approachable and knows her stuff, my issues are complicated but she's good at dealing with them. Amazingly the reception staff are also very friendly, every time I have an appointment they make me feel welcome.

I was looking for a new Doctor & after much research decided on this Practice. I must say it was such a pleasure to be greeted by a happy, friendly, helpful Receptionist, such a rarity. I have requested my medical records be transferred & I have recommended my husband also do the same.

I see Dr Caroline Smith and can’t recommend her highly enough. Very approachable, listens carefully and discusses options not just tells you what to do. She helps you feel like a partner in your own heath journey.

Reception were welcoming, waiting area was clean and tidy and the dr was friendly and thorough. Never felt rushed. Would recommend.

Dr Caroline is kind and lovely, she listened to my daughter and me, and really seemed interested in our well being. That is not something you get with all GPs these days. The Receptionist was incredibly friendly and helpful as well. Thank you

Dr Smith is a wonderful female doctor.
I followed her from another GP Clinic and have been under her patient care for
7 years. I searched high and low for a reliable, knowledgeable, pro-active doctor and thought the days where you could find a long term doctor like this, we’re gone. 5 stars aren’t enough.

$80 for a Telehealth consult that consisted of 2 sentences from the doctor, a late doctors note and the script wasn’t sent to the pharmacy as they said it would be, poor service
