I needed a technical support to make the system, include my phone, all functional, and without hesitation, Dan, stop by 2days later at my home and with is knowledge helped me to understand and optimize the way we receive our power and how/when we should use it to get the best profit and no waste it!

The guys and gals at Stinson air were awesome. I can’t thank the team enough for helping getting our aircon installed on time and on budget. From the consultation through to the scheduling and installation, the communication and attention to detail was second to none!

Had solar fitted recently and so far my experience has been great. No hard sales techniques, professional team did the installation and had a great hand over afterwards. I wasn’t expecting such a thorough experience from start to finish. No problems so far so I’d strongly recommend. I’ll review again in one year.

We had Stinson Air install both AC and Solar about 1.5 years ago. We have been having trouble with both installations and I have finally given in and decided to inform others of our experience.
With our AC unit, we paid $12,000+ and the REP Stuart promised a more efficient unit compared to our 20yr old system. So far it seems to still cost us a lot to run and still does not fully function properly in one of the bedrooms, it improves if we turn on another room next door. We have had their technicians look at this but it has still not improved and we question if they know what to do or how to fix this.
With our solar system, we paid about $10,000 and this seems to save money on hot sunny days yet does not work very well on reduce sunny days. At the time of having a quote the REP Lyall promised/told our bills would be significantly less than our current bills. We used to pay all year round from $250-$500 each bill. We now are receiving bills last year from $500-$750 each bill and now this year $700-$1000 each bill. This to me does not make sense. I have rang Stinson air and spoke to the solar technician who stated he did not have to come out and check our system is functioning properly but instead can just look remotely. He simply stated it's working as it should and I need to check what power I'm running, even though I said I use appliances during the off-peak times as recommended and have turned the pool heater off, he kept telling me to turn the pool heater off. Lyall also said we could add a battery and extra panels to the system yet this technician said we would not benefit from adding a battery and extra panels. He promised to call back with answers about 1 month ago and has not called back to this day.
I have again rang Stinson a week or more to request a call back from Stuart regarding our AC and Lyall regarding our Solar to discuss the issues, repairs and how to resolve our situation.
To date no one has made contact with us.
I am beyond disappointed with the level of after care service and attitude from this company. To us we spent a lot of money to improve our house and help save money in future yet it appears this company is happy to take your money but not provide adequate support or fix potential issues.
I have a lot of people asking who we used and find myself telling people not to use Stinson. Now we have to find and pay for external companies to look at our systems and provide information and resolutions. It is a shame that Stinson doesn't care beyond making the initial sale.

Running a multi site franchise, service and supply is important to us. Everyone at Stinson Air helped replace old air conditioners as well as repair current ones, exactly when we needed them. Our customers and staff were saved from very hot temperatures due to their professionalism and I couldn't recommend them more to anyone thinking of using them.

Disappointing to say the least. Install completed but discover the roof was not properly sealed with water leaking onto a light fixture and transformer unit. Further inspection showed damage gutters, cracked ceiling, reusing rusted brackets/fittings and internal grills, missing anchor bolts, waste material left on top and inside roof etc etc. I since have had issue with the aircon not working properly and contacted Stinson who acknowledge this issue but fail to action or provide warranty support on this product. You are left with no aircon to use. Stinson’s says “Our reputation for honesty, quality and rock-solid customer service means our clients trust us long term and they happily recommend the Stinson Air & Solar team as consummate professionals who always go the extra mile” …its more like “You are what you do, not what you say you’ll do”

I've been very happy with the quality of the aircon system and solar panels that were installed in my new home build. The office admin staff are very friendly and professional. The professionalism of the handover service was also impressive, where each tech staff person walked me through all the details of the systems at handover. I highly recommend Stinson for AC and solar installations.

A quote was requested.no reply. After following up unprofessional response from admin. Admin was hesitating to follow up with sales.

Worst experience by far. They lost components and seems I will have to pay to get them replaced. Eventually cancelled the job and found someone else.

Having an engineering background, I researched extensively the solar system I wanted to install (panel type, locations, inverter model, comms etc) and then approached 5 reputable solar companies for a quotation for the system i wanted to purchase.
Two companies only replied (possibly as I could be the worst customer to deal with if i sniffed even a hint of deception or incompetence) of which one was SA&S.
I could not fault either company in their correspondence and knowledge bar the other providing at first a generic quotation and not what I had asked for whereas SA&S complied in full.
Discussions via email occurred for over a week to fine tune system design and fill in the gaps of my knowledge with detailed information received each time I queried the sales rep before proceeding to order.
Nil sales pressure was applied throughout, quotes efficiently adjusted as we worked through to the final design, links to equipment data sheets included in the quote etc.
The installation crew that came out were at it from the word go, had clear instruction already on what and where to install requiring no further input from myself and pushed on even though the weather was dismal.
Installation was very tidy and professional, site team worked fluidly together, team leader installed and commissioned the point to point ethernet comms requested at quotation (it's the little things that can get missed) and the property left clean.
Professional from start to finish, competitive pricing, good range of quality panels to choose from, skilled installers, can definitely recommend approaching SA&S to discuss a solar system installation for your home.

A very good company to be dealing with. Their tradies are very professional, efficient and knowledgeble. They also installed our solar panels and we are super happy with everything. I highly recommend to use Stinson Air if you are in need of AC and solar installations.

We used Stinson Air in the summer when our Airconditioning system broke down. They were fantastic and recommended a new system at a great price. We are thrilled with the new aircon and it’s ability to control the temperature in every room, keeps everyone happy! They were fast and efficient at removing the old system one day and the new system was in the next. Job well done!

The team that we dealt with were fantastic, the salesman wasn't pushy at all and gave me multiple options, and explained the benefits of each.
Very reasonable on price and the installation teams were very professional and worked quickly, also cleaned up after themselves too!
