I absolutely loved my session! I was able to drop into deep relaxation and the propping, heat and wheat bags were amazing. Paula was lovely and the space is perfectly thought out with no distractions. 10/10!

I was referred to STM by a friend. My first session with Paula was magical, I’m glad I went with the one on one private session. Paula was so patient and welcoming me to the practice. She listened to my story, my needs and guided me slowly throughout the practice. I finished the session feeling calm and zen. Definitely will come back for more:)
