Appalling the way they treated my pregnant wife and 12 month year old daughter.

My wife is a regular customer and was purchasing something at the register with my daughter in the pram. The shop had a delivery coming in so my wife went to move the pram out of the way for their delivery and accidently knocked an item off the shelf.

She was told that she was not allowed to leave the store with my daughter until she paid for the broken item.

They continued to press the issue even when they could clearly see my pregnant wife was getting emotional about it and my daughter was crying, so my wife ended up paying because she needed to get out the store to appease my daughter.

This is disgusting especially considering the store were the ones that contributed towards the damage.

We have been shopping here for years and have always been given such warm and genuine customer service! The owners are great and go above and beyond to help with requests and information. So glad we have this store in our area!

Please fix your customer service.

A friend and I visited your store today hoping to get some insight on how to make Kombucha. We were both friendly and polite. The first lady we spoke to was lovely and keen to help (so the 1 star review doesn't apply to her) but as she was unsure if the store had anything of the sort, she looked to who seemed to be the more senior team member (or owner) of the store for assistance, who, after taking one look at us, gave a rude and abrupt, "No. No longer available. "

I asked if she knew of anything else of the sort, like how to make a scoby etc, to which she bluntly responded, "No. You'll have to google it".

My friend and I quickly left the store as it was clear we weren't going to be helped any further.

I can understand if someone is having a bad day, especially when working in customer service. But far out: Never have I experienced such poor hospitality in response to being a polite and respectful customer asking a seemingly relevant question in relation to the store we were visiting.

I sincerely hope whatever issue that lady had is resolved quickly and she has a better day. Otherwise reassesses whether or not customer service is for you.

There was no reason for you to be as rude as you were today, so as a result, I will not be returning to this store.

This place is amazing! Everything you need to stay healthy from cosmetics to specialty foods & supplements. I am upset on myself for not knowing this shop!

Great store! Bossman Jaffa is really nice, they always have loads of stock. No Complaints.
