Worst provider I have ever had the misfortune to be associated with. Rude staff that mislead you with incorrect information. Shame on them.

Need I say more, the star rating says it all. They need to have some respect and listen to the clients. Not happy at all!

Let's be real - no one really wants to "have" to go through this process. But when you have someone truly understanding and clear with you, it helps A LOT! While there have been some technical issues with the system (not always to the fault of Status Employment), my dealings with my support person have always been fast, professional, empathetic, and understanding. I have always felt that he, Al, had my best interests front of mind, and for that I'm grateful. I can't image the amount of disgruntled people he has to deal with every day.myself being one of them! But I always got off our calls feeling heard and that my next steps were very clear. Thank you Al for making an often difficult situation much easier.

Never got paid for the day work I did in a job they got me. Ignored my emails.

Many times arranged appointments or moved them without notifying me and then penalised me for not attending.

Penalised me for not submitting my efforts without checking their email and seeing that I already sent it.

Made me come to appointments and sit and wait 30 mins while they chatted amongst each other in an empty office.

Quite rude behaviour and condescending attitudes, although they were the ones who were providing a service.

Definitely don't recommend. Go elsewhere.

Be careful of a job network provider named Tristan Lewis. He threatened to have my payments suspended for 4 weeks just for not answering my phone to a recruiting agency.it was just before Christmas and to add insult l was caring for my mother after a major car accident which consisted of full metal hip replacement and shoulder surgery. He also failed to call me on 2 of my phone appointments in which I had to chase him down so he couldn't suspend my payments.it's a shame because they are suppose to be helping you but jump at the chance to make it harder for you

Everyone at this place has an attitude problem. It's during covid and we don't even have mutal obligations yet they are so rude.

Appalled by the way I am treated here. I work 2 jobs. Both jobs I got solely on my own- no help from anyone else, I got them myself - and this business takes it upon themselves to apparently call these jobs and ask private details about what Im paid etc. Even though I provide payslips with all info included?
One of my jobs really don't appreciate the calls and so its actually jeopardising my job. They've expressed with me a couple times that they don't like to give out private info to strangers and find it frustrating. I would understand if my job was gained through the job provider and so they have the go ahead to contact the business but it wasn't, so I would appreciate being treated like the adult I am and request whatever info they need through me, not through my work.

To top it off, I can never get a hold of anyone. And last week I called up to say I couldn't make it in to an appointment as I got called in to work. I did the right thing and called before hand. And now my payment has been suspended? When I called to ask why, they said they called my work to check if I was working (Like as if I am a baby?) and my work apparently said I wasn't working. I checked with both my jobs and both said they hadn't been contacted at all. So that was a blatant LIE. And now I can't get a hold of anyone to reschedule my appointment in order to get my payments back on so I can pay my rent. The payments shouldn't have been suspended in the first place as I had a good reason to not attend a stupid ten minute appointment where we basically just discuss how my work is going. Whats more important here? A day of paid work, or a lame 10 minute appointment for basically nothing?

What a joke! Pick on the ones who abuse the system and don't want to work. Not the Single parents like myself, who are doing their very best to work and provide for their child.
I'll be getting transferred to a different provider from here on.

Just another job network provider that specialises in the appearance of doing something while expertly doing nothing.
