Everyone I’ve spoken to here has been amazing, they always ask what I need and give amazing support. I’ve been with another job provider (atwork Joondalup) which felt like being at centrelink. Status is much more empathetic and the people that work here seem eager to help. I don’t feel like it is a chore to have appointments, it feels like I can laugh and be myself here.

The one star above is only for the amazing consultant i had the lack of the other four stars is solely for the lack of understanding from this branches upper management I was given my job by them and have been working between 40-60 hrs/ week and yet still have to do 20 job searches i am almost 56yrs old very disappointed to be acused of not declaring my hrs to centerlink when i have documented proof that these people do not check facts before penalising a client congratulations now you have one client less and a special thank you to my consultant Allison you were very helpful to me never use them again until i get a written apology from this branch.

Status in Morley service says they got disability service they have no money or income to support people with disability at all they say they understand you but they don’t have no compassion or understanding for these hard times.disabilities department because you don’t understand things they’re supposed to be there for your help it did not feel like help. And yet when you tell them that you’re going to get paperwork and sorting out stuff is a hustle. They need fix this as upset me way they are it’s wrong no wonder people get angry and walking or get sad what’s mean because they just don’t care or understand how you feel!

When you call up to leave a message to let your job provider know working that day. So do the right thing but yet still end up getting into trouble. And I think status can start early so you
can call earlier to let them know if you’re working or can you talk to them before you start work like 8: 00 am till 6: 00pm so have enough time to actually talk to them if you’re busy. Oh and I don’t get mad and I definitely do not get grumpy on the phone tho one of staff told me clam down snap at me all I was doing telling her what i did. Thanks

Terrible place that need some new staff that genuinely care for people, they seem to have a lot to say about people while they're still in the building which is EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. I genuinely want a job and look for them myself but this place is just a HUGE set back and just triggers my anxiety.
I feel sorry for the low income earners coming here to be judged by humans that are supposed to be supporting us.
Multiple times on appointments been waiting in the waiting room and have over heard both Receptionist talk and joke and clients and their reasons on not attending and that is not okay! One receptionist is extremely rude and has no interpersonal skills what so ever even over the phone the tone in the voice is absolutely disgusting I can't believe she is still working there as she's been there well over a year
Wouldn't even give it a star but had to to make a review

An office full of women that scheme at every opportunity to withhold your payments.

Status Employment seems to think that aged care and disability support are the same thing. This is despite that the fact that they are not only two totally different certificates (DUE TO GOVERNMENT REQUIREMENTS), but need a VERY different approach in assisting residents.

I first signed up with status employment back in September 2019 thinking these guys could assist me with finding work as I became unemployed fast forward to march 2020 I have had 1 appointment with my consultant in 6 months 3 appointments made but when I turned up on all 3 occasion I was told my consultant over booked and they will reschedule to date Ive had no assistance from status employment yet you get funds from the government to assist in job efforts but you don't help this place is a bloody joke
