A great company, always professional. I would happily recommend them to anyone.
Their truck driver ran me off the road, smashed off my left side mirror. My young daughter was screaming in the car while i tried to navigate not being taken out by another car on the wrong side of the road. The truck driver did not stop, it was a hit and run. He did clearly see me in his side mirror and pointed to his "camera". I was 1/2 way up his truck, in peak hour traffic i could not simply slam on my breaks. He knew his long truck would not fit, yet he still proceeded. Acted like a bullying truck driver, he was going to get his way. (through further discussion, this is not the first time, he reported to me i was "lucky" the other girl got her bumper taken off, please report this dangerous man to police!) Followed him to his destination to get details for insurance, he proceeded to abuse me with obscene language in front of my daughter. He was very intimidating and loud. Used his stature and "rough" look to scare me. Passers by stopped to assist in the matter and acted as a barrier to stop this "man" from assaulting me. Thank you to those wonderful men that stopped to help. This company I question their professionalism. The truck driver was a bully towards a woman and his behaviour would inticate he has anger management issues and possibily subtance abuse either historic or present from visual appearance. Management took on no responsibility or care. They failed to address the matter of the driver in question and prefer to sweep the issue under the mat. Women beware of this driver, do not approach him. Disgusting behaviour towards women!
