Great service. Nigel's commendably scientific in his approach and a great communicator. He's a fellow athlete, too, which makes for advice and problem-resolution well tailored to the demands of competitive running. I've been going to Star Physio whenever required for years and expect that to continue for many more.

Julie is a podiatrist as well as a physiotherapist and is excellent at both. I highly recommend her. Julie’s encouraging and empathetic manner lifts spirits when it feels like your body will never be the same again! She is a gem.

Very helpful and knowledgable staff that got my swollen and painful knees from <4000 steps a day to >8500 steps a day. From using painkillers and anti-inflammtories about twice a day to once a week. Much better than surgery. Recommended.

The strength work designed and modified by Damian Oldfield is getting me back on the road to running again and potentially competing in Triathlons again from hardly being able to climb the stairs without pain. The self confidence that comes with this is invaluable. The bike fit made 8-15% difference immediately.

Damian and the team at Star Physio have put together a highly trained team of healthcare professionals including staff with Master’s degrees and PHDs in their field of expertise, as well as professional athletes to help with treating conditions like tennis elbow, tendon pain, shoulder pain, sciatica, Achilles tendon, lower back pain, knee pain, joint pain and overuse injuries.

The best comprehensive treatment. Very experienced physiotherapists especially Steve Jefferies amazing resistance training to prevent injuries

I have been a Star Physio client for a few years now and I have to say that I would have fallen apart by now if it wasn't for all their help. I compete quite heavily in triathlon and these guys have so much expertise in this field it's incredible. I walk out of the clinic learning so much every time I visit. I have had a great bike fit with Damian and also awesome strength and conditioning advice/programs from Merv there. Always professional and punctual. I will continue to go there for any future physio needs and 100% recommend them!:)

Awful experience. I made an appointment but was not sent a confirmation/reminder despite several days notice. When I came in at a appointment time I had guessed, it was wrong. I chose a new time on the spot which of course proved to be inconvenient when I had properly checked my diary. I then cycled back to them only to find the door locked despite a sign indicating it was open according to the printed opening hours on the door. I got home and attempted to phone them, was put through to someone at some weird number who rather than address my concerns tried to change the subject. She also insisted on calling me mam all the time which I found patronising (passive aggressive). Confused I closed the call and phoned the main office only to get the same woman who explained that numbers diverted there and that despite the notice on the door the clinic was closed. I had intended to book 5 sessions but based on this experience cancelled all of the appointments and advise others to do likewise.
