I have been with these jokers a few years. They used to be good. Within about 6 months the regular staff i dealt with moved on. Now your shifts are always getting cancelled. They never ring you about jobs. Lazy and unprofessional now.

These guys are so useless dont even bother trying to get with them they say they are helping you but in truth theg want you to make the effort and do the tests and then have fun ignoring u while u are left there waiting and waiting with no response.

As someone looking for work, I put my name down with Staff Aust and now I wish I didn't. They are very unprofessional, rude, won't return phone calls and pay incorrectly. They put me forward for a position that was totally unsuitable for me. I am a person in my late 50's and they gave me a labour intense job that only guys in there early 20's was doing. After my first day I mentioned this to them, they told me not to return to that job and they will give me something me suitable. I never heard back from them. They ignored my phone messages and emails. They treat potential employees like disposable rubbish. After reading their other reviews from Indeed, it seems others have gone through the same experiences as myself. They are loosing good quality employees for their employment contracts with companies, then those companies will get unsuitable employees because the quality job searches go to other recruitment agencies to search for employment.

Went in and signed up with them about a job advertised, never heard back. They are just another labour hire agency that is destroying this country.
Avoid this bunch.

Travelled all the way to do medical & interview for a job that I applied for then never heard back from them. Complete waste of time & petrol as I had to travel from afar
