This school is amazing, the people who are writing hateful comments are actually just fake. So who ever is reading this please understand this is an amazing.

I'm a student at this school and I would like to say that the buildings are quite old, not necessarily a bad thing but there are cracks all over the kilnacrott building, in fact back in 2021, a small chunk of concrete fell off the side of the building. Bathrooms are also horrendous, cleaners are doing a good job but the students keep making a mess of it.
Apart from that, its a good school, good teachers and good couses up for offer.

I have enrolled my son for 2025 intake for year 7 at 2021, back that time they said it will conduct interview when students are in year 5 term 2, we didn’t hear anything since, last month I heard from my neighbour that they already been interviewed, so I called to checking on it, the enrolled officer insisted that I enrolled my soon in 2022 which is wrong, it was 2021 and I have email confirmation, anyway she stated that it not our turn yet for interview, now I received a email that they are fully enrolled and my son are not able to attend, without any information or interview, I am truly disappointed and believe being treating unfairly. Very disgusted by such treatment, what a waste on enrolment fee!

Applied late last year to get my son in for last term year 7 as we moved into the area, was told bit late come back next year.allthough lady coordinator was happy to take my application and $100 deposit, never heard from them again.very disappointed with whole process, felt like I just got ripped off 100$ for nothing, ended up having to send my son to ccs which was not my first choice.not values I expect from religious school

Over all, this school has many curricular activities and sports but so far starting this school, i haven't been having a good time, the older kids sometimes are a little too rude and with my anxiety, i feel scared to tell a teacher.in addition, i feel like the teachers mainly think about the reputation and image of the school and it makes me kinda sad that the year 7's cant really do any recess and lunch activities and clubs. But me being honest, Mr Mecham is the best, he is so nice and Ms Greene is so funny and so easy to approach.another negative about the school is that they put to much pressure on year 7's which overwhelmed me when they suddenly threw all these assessments at me and made my anxiety go even higher

We came as a family to the school a few days ago to ask about enrolling our two boys to SNC. We went because our enquiries via the website email channel went unanswered.

Despite the Enrollment officer being there, they refused to see us, and kept on referring us to the website. The Enrollment Officer was just about 3 meters away but we had to speak to the receptionist, then the receptionist to the Enrollment officer then the receptionist to us. Forgive me for being blunt but it was very comical.

The reason was they had about 50 kids on the waiting list for every class. As they put it, they were bursting at the seams.

I had my phone with me so I went and check the information I was after in the website and couldn't find the section they mentioned. So I had to ask the reception to show me where it is, and she couldn't find it.

I understand that they may not be interested in taking more potential students and the chance of my kids getting accepted to the school was very slim, but I felt a bit uneasy leaving that school.

I went straight to Ursula Frayne and they were the same, they were overwhelmed with applicants too, but the approach was very different, a lot more kinder. I hope this only happened to me, as SNC is a good school with good reputation.

We love the school. We have really seen huge growth in our son whilst being at St Norberts. His self confidence has improved and he’s very settled at high school. We have found St Norberts to be a supportive school and lots of different opportunities to suit all kids.
Only suggestions is I would love to see more after school study clubs, especially for core subjects and robotics/chess clubs.

Teachers treat students differently if they do not meet academic standards and are way too strict over little things such as uniform rather than spend time on education

Lovely teachers and facilities. You won't be disappointed. The school helps to support all students learning abilities.

My kids are going to high school soon, and i saw all the negative reviews here, and then i like this school more.i think it's good to have a school with strict rules and teachers. Some teens never understand how much they will appreciate in their future life about their strict teachers and schools.

Saint Norbert College is possibly the most hard/harsh catholic school in WA. The way the teachers treat their students is completely intolerable and highly concerning as most teachers only care about racking in the checks. Its highly surprising.how haircuts is the most concerning thing that the school pick up on, Very disappointed

I had dropped out of SNC and High School all together as of this year. I won't bother just trash talking about my terrible experience overall the school isn't perfect and needs a lot of changes. For example, the teachers really should treat it's students with more respect. From my own time in school, High school isn't the deciding factor of life and teachers should atleast be a little more respectful. To anyone who is reading this still in SNC, Don't worry if you fail year 12. TAFE exists for a reason. - Dyllan Mattheys

Would not recommend at all, recently the teachers have become unbelievably uptight, perhaps in hopes to rescue their reputation. School rules have gotten unreasonably stricter, eg; piercings must be free of any jewellery (including plastic spacers to keep the piercing in tact), even if the piercing is healing, which means a waste of time + money and a failed attempt to express yourself just so you can attend an overpriced school. The school mainly just requires students to take part in certain activities just so the reputation wont fall, i've seen many cases in which a student does not want to take part in something but is forced to in order to fill in a space and make the school look good. Homework overload is disgusting. The school does not allow students to express themselves whatsoever, which is very unreasonable considering the price paid to attend, It's almost like you're paying to have your identity taken away. They basically slow down the process of an individual becoming them self. There must be some immense changes made before i change my opinion on this school. Would never send my kids here. St Norbert, Please do not trouble yourself by responding, Councelling and speaking to the unreasonable Heads of Houses will not fix the issue this time.

A wonderful school. The Teachers and Staff do their very best to give all of their students every opportunity to be their best. Thank you.

I am a student at St Norberts and I highly recommend you do not enroll you kids here, the teachers do not know how to teach properly, I have learnt nothing and my grades are getting lower every term. The kids here are very immature and and the school over reacts about every little thing. This school is a waste of time and money. Please do not enroll.
