Many of them are doctors from 3rd world countries, they have inadequate training. This medical practice collects confidential information about you and writes that data into medical certificates and referrals etc, which often gets used against you.

Was excellent being able to book a day before and actually get an appointment. The Doctor was very helpful, caring and knowledgeable. The girls at the front desk were lovely and very professional.
Skip to today - Unfortunately, not all of the receptionists there are pleasant when calling for assistance! BE KIND!

I have been refused a drs appt after 2 days no sleep, awaiting
urgent results, had 2 appts on separate Wednesdays, both cancelled on me at 8.am, my dr only attends Wednesdays, and the practise expected me to go another 2 days with no sleep or prescription for my insomnia, and told me there was nothing they could do for 3days. I find some staff are not courteous, and don't want to help ppl. Now I only have 5 days a week to see gp and my gp is there once a week, so to get a followup or appt is not possible for sometimes weeks, I haven't seen my gp for over a month and I have to wait till may to get important results. Money comes first, ppl come after that, I feel for families and ppl on low income no welfare, Sad money comes before patients needs.since received an urgent recall that I was only notified of the urgent status on sun23 April by a voicemail msg. Booked an urgent appt on the day for Anzac day. Got a text reminder of private billing for my appt, rang back to query it was told it was a recall appt no charge. LEFT MY APPT, 10min later got call saying I left drs. I said yes I got script and left, then was told I had $138.00 bill, I stated that I got msg about private billing and spoke 2 a male nurse because, front desk transferred me, he stated te appt was an urgent recall after waiting 3 weeks. I was told, on Anzac day i was asked who I spoke to but I didn't get a name.then I raised my voice in frustration at the disorganisation of the centre was threatened and hung up on, Absolutely disgusting and after findind I had heart condition for first time. All about money not patient care or mental health. Just had another threat to be charged for a telehealth consult, which I wasn't even able to have, had to consent to bulk billing on hot docs, I did it then was rang 2 hrs later to be threatened to be charged for a consult even though I did it thru hot doc app and it was accepted with a green tick.i was still being told I had to pay for my consult.all about the money again, facts or trust dont come into it, disgusting treatment but, as usual no comment or reply I bet, no idea or compassion. Do better by your patients. 48mins later, I just rang to sort out the disgusting treatment of me and the threats I was again told I was playing games by sharon, i asked what games arr you accusing me of playing then i repeated and she was yelling after initially trying to talk over me and not give me the respect to listen to me or answer my question what games, not first or second time, what games am I playing Sharon at this point I'm dumbfounded then as usual a threat to terminate call, without telling me what games I'm playing, I just wanna give feedback to an email not website. How ironic threatened abused Talked over not answered, asking what games am i playing how chidish, maybe you need to record phone calls get rid of the weeds.great treatment of someone with a brain injury tryying to complain about treatment and discrimination threats by staff by unreliable pppl on staff im totally disgusted with st john armadale and despite me having a good dr u get treated like a pile of dirt.

Its a good hospital & staff well mannered & courteous. BUT I would like to know why are they flying the LGBTQ+1 flag permanently outside the hospital. Why don't they fly the Irish flag as 1 in 4 Aussie have Irish ancestry.

Regular patient since this place opened. Today phoned to get appointment told sternly no appointments would have to pay$91.20 for walk in when needing a script for antibiotics for cistitsi (sever UTI, PEEING BLOOD)
OAP don't have fee their attitude. Was disgusting! Go to AKMH.
I realise majority of surgeries don't bulk bill anymore but surely they can instigate some system for elderly patients.
My Dr there is the best!

Really rude customer service. I feel hopeless about situation. People need to be nice and understanding towards each other. I don’t like this place I wish I found a better clinic.

Failed on all fronts. Appointment confirmed via text and app and arrive and told it was cancelled but can see urgent care at a cost. Not what I’m used to from St John. Poor in all honesty. No evidence of a so called call to cancel either. Don’t use services you cannot sustain.

Always helpful and professional, they would go extra miles to serve us, we've been with St. John for more than 5 years, they took very good care of our family, no complains, from my pregnancy, and my children's healthcare needs, they've been very helpful. Regina the medical receptionist has always been there for us, Dr. Norhayati and our previous GP Dr Reza were both excellent! The nurses from urgent care are amazing, my kids are less scared to have their vaccination even at very young age, nurses made their experience a fun one.

I have been going to St Johns Medical when it was Apollo Health. I see a fantastic doctor who actually listens to what I have to say. I am on Warfrain and I see my doctor every week. I am very happy with my doctor and I will continue to see Dr Nabel Al-Shishachi.

They managed to see me immediately without an appointment for chest pain. The triage nurse Ralph and Dr Brian Khoo were so very professional, thorough and caring

My first time at this Medical Practice, and I wasn't expecting much. I went for routine bloods and a couple of other concerns that I wasn't expecting much from. However Dr. Brian Koo is a new doctor to the practice with experience in hospital ER. He was fantastic, personable, kind, curious and empathic. He even showed me around the clinic and spent 30min with me and took all my vitals, chased up previous medical history and requested all necessary tests. He even empathised with my previous bad experiences I've had with GP's in the past.
Overall, a truly lovely experience. He is the best GP I have seen and will definitely be keeping him!

I find it ridiculous that i was refused to be seen because the doctor doesnt see new patients and prefer to save time available for regulars, firstly i wasn't a new patient, secondly it was an open slot on your website, thirdly aren't doctors there to help ppl in need? But you can pick and choose who you want to see? Great stuff

I got Fillers in my cheeks and Lips and botox on my forehead with Dr. Reza. Highly recommended! Outcomes are natural and fabulous. Thanks Dr. Reza for your time.

I am happy with the care and accommodative approach from one of your doctor even though I am a new patient on your clinic.

VETERANS BEWARE! Three times I have tried to get a DVA referral, and three times they have done the entirely wrong referral, to the point of writing prejudice information on the referrals. Ineptitude at its finest. Their doctors have even entirely ignored the recommendations of two individual orthopaedic surgeons who are more highly qualified than these clowns. If you want to go to a circus, then I highly recommend Apollo Health, but if you want quality health care, then please, for your health and sanity, go elsewhere.

They forgot about me then they got aggressive over billing. Last time I attended appointment here the dr saw me approx 15 mins after booked time. Dr recommended nurses of the practice strap my ankle. Dr walked me to the nurses station and let the nurses know what I was there for approx 30 mins later I was puzzled to why I hadn’t been attended to as there were 2 nurses and only another patient or 2 in the nurses station who had already been attended to so I had been hearing the 2 nurses have a friendly social chat to each other for ages. I kept waiting and waiting and waiting. Eventually I started having multiple missed calls and voicemails on my phone. It was St Johns reception chasing up payment for the services and blasting me for leaving without paying. I started crying as felt invisible and worthless and a nurse came after 5 minutes to ask why I was there. I told her and she said oh the dr didn’t tell me. I saw the dr tell both nurses what I was there for, both walked past me multiple times as the curtain was open? All I was good for there was my money which I paid after being attended to in nurses station.

I am impressed about the care my family received in this facility specially from the RNs and Doctors. Everyone was kind, caring and professional. It seems like a very well run organisation.

There was only one person to schedule my appointment. I wish she would stop talking so loud. It's embarrassing that she has to blurt my problems out like that and everyone likes to be nosy and listen in. I spoke soft and in low voice because I didn't want ppl listen in. Thanks to the white Australian lady in dental section sitting next to her, who explained to the medical receptionist, what I meant.

She was far from me and she could hear well while the medical receptionist scheduler couldn't. She kept getting louder when I kept explaining to her.
