The bouquet I ordered was beyond what I was expecting, and the customer service was second to none. My request was made at such late notice from overseas, and the St Anne's team managed to make the bouquet and have it delivered, on time and with no complaint! Extraordinary service, highly recommend

St. Anne’s did an excellent service in making my friend smile after seeing the lovely native flower arrangement they delivered yesterday. You see, my friend just lost her beautiful mom and with all the hassle she’s now facing with her siblings the flowers gave her hope.

I have been to St Anne's Florist twice over the last year. The first time the experience was ok so when I needed a celebration bouquet and a balloon on 5th of July, I decided the go back.

It was an awful experience and I will never go back again. The lady that served me was very rude and made fun of my budget. She rudely told me the prices of flowers I chose and looked down on me when I said how many of which flowers I wanted.
Then she asked me if I wanted some green leaves with the flowers to which I said yes. Then she had the nerve to emphasise that they cost money.
What a shame when rude staff ruin a store with great products.

Beautiful flowers arrived this morning, not a blemish anywhere to be seen, they looked like they'd been freshly picked. Gorgeous.

Didnt listen to delivery instructions, was delivered early morning instead of the afternoon as requested which spoilt the surprise.not happy

These guys are absolutely amazing so lovely and when I called at 3: 20pm needing something delivered asap they were able to get it there by 4pm even helped me figure out what to write on the card as I'm terrible with things like that! Could not recommend any better place to go through and here is a photo of the beautiful flowers

Would not recommend going there. 2 stars because ultimately the flowers were nice and there are nice arrangements there. However, I walked in 45 minutes before closing time. As soon as I was there I basically got told they wanted to close and to hurry it up. Had a quick look and I gave them a budget and asked for help picking flowers within that budget as there was no pricing display. Got dismissed rudely and without pricing it took much longer than it should have. During this time staff in the back were basically asking when they would close the door. I spent 15 unpleasant minutes there.

I ordered the lovely hospital hamper and a birthday balloon for my dad who has been in Royal Perth hospital for 5+weeks. Today, he celebrates his 75th birthday.
I am one of 3 daughters in Sydney that cannot travel to Perth due to the border lockdowns. It has been very difficult to communicate to him by phone and not in person.
The lovely Sue from the store was so kind and helpful with organising everything and extras. We (in Sydney) are so grateful with the service and sending me a photo of the gift. Your service and kind gesture has helped us to celebrate our dads birthday and helped dad feel like we are with him in person on his special day.

I have been using St Anne's Florist, for a number of years. And cannot fault their attention to detail, service, professionalism.

They are the best around and can order online, without human interaction, delivery is done in a timely manner.

If you have not used them before, i would suggest you try them, and see the best around.

Not impressed! Delivered flower arrangement was not at all like the photo used to advertise, and for what was received.over-priced.

I was sent a gorgeous hamper by a work contact as a thank you. Wine, chocolates, fudge, and macadamias made me feel very appreciated indeed.

I received a hamper with gifts, fruit and flowers. Everything was beautifully presented and really good quality. The flowers lasted a long time but the fruit did not because we ate it

EXTREMELY disappointed in the quality of the arrangement - ordered over phone from viewing their web site for a funeral - was supposed to be the Native Flower Bouquet - Premium - advised no natives available so ordered a funeral spray with colors of yellow & greens - This is what showed up -NOT worth the cost. SO UPSET.

Awesome service - I mistakenly requested delivery be made to the wrong hotel address (same hotel but two addresses). St Anne's dropped off the delivery and were later called to say the person was not staying at that location. St Anne's returned to pick up the gift basket and delivered to the correct address.
