With what’s happening all around us dealing with people is one of the hardest jobs in the world especially those working in the medical industry and I feel they do a very very good job

Practice comes up as bulk billed when you search for it but no where in the booking process does it let you know that bulk billed is only for concession or under 16.
My child had an appointment with Dr Sladjana Stankovic yesterday for follow up appointment from the week before with Dr Bernardine Gomes.
When we had appointment with Dr Gomes she was very helpful and advised to book an appointment with her or any DR in the centre. She said that she will add notes and all details in the system that Drs can read and know what has happened during the last appointment.
When we had the appointment yesterday with Dr Sladjana Stankovic, she was very angry, laud and rude that we have book an appointment with her. She was saying " I don't know what is happening. I don't know what is going on etc" I asked her to read the previous notes, or I can explain what needs to happen.
She was very upset for the whole appointment and kept screaming to a point that wok up my child. Even thought she could see that he was sleep, it did not cross her mind to speak politely and in lower tune.
People like her should not work in the health care system when they do not have the manner and patient to care. It was a total disappointment. He manner clearly explain reasons she has lots of appointments available in camper to other DRs who are for a few weeks ahead.
I hope the management take the feedback and complain sericeous.
Note: we have positive experience from other staff and DRs we had appointment in the past
Everything from reporting at the counter to leaving after the vaccination went very smoothly.
The best thing I like about St Andrews Medical Group, apart from the doctors, is that appointments for the vast majority run on time and you rarely have to wait.
Had an appointment today with Dr Mcbain. So promp and efficient. One of the most caring doctors I’ve seen in a very long time.
The reception staff are super friendly and very attentive! Tina helped me throughout my visit but all the front desk girls had a great warm presence.
Shout out to the beautiful nurses out the back, they have a very friendly and professional approach to their clinical care!

I have been seeing Dr Hunter for around 8 years, she is always kind and caring. The ladies at the clinic reception are always friendly and helpful also. Diane in theatre is lovely also.
Would be nice to be notified that they are no longer bulk bill when you have been going for ages. My dr is good. Reception staff rude. Unfourtanely will have to find somewhere new.

I had high blood pressure & she sends me home.
She was very uncaring.

I have been seeing these guys for more than 10 years, now all of a sudden they start charging us for GP visits, and when I explained that I won't be able to pay until my monthly pay cycle clears they had no issue
Now all of a sudden they turn around and tell me that they only hold the payment for 7 days and if it's not paid by then they stop booking people
Disgusting behaviour
Extremely slow and unreliable service. Front-desk staff is rude, unprofessional and incompetent. In a way, they perfectly fit and portray the stigma of Midland.
Disappointed with this place. I couldn't book online as a new patient so I called up and spoke to a lady who was lovely, she booked me in and got all my details. I then turned up and I was no where to be seen in their system?
Giving a 5 star review because those poor girls behind the desks cop so much flack from people who can't book an appointment online properly.
It's not their fault your appointment didn't go through Karen, maybe it's operator Error.
My experience with Dr Hunter was nothing but negative a couple of weeks ago. She was rude, condescending and did not listen to anything I was trying to say. Very unprofessional and I would not recommend her to anyone.
Shocking service, wait time over 4mins before the phones answered and there is a reason why they have a msg on the recording to be nice to the staff because the receptionist I spoke to was so rude it’s no wonder they get abused! I’m not a customer there thank goodness and I never will be with the attitude of the condescending, arrogant, ignorant staff, it’s about time you listen to patients and not jump to conclusions without hearing and making inaccurate assessments that your not qualified to do, just do your job!
The dr I was seeing refuses to see anyone in vaccinated so I booked an appointment with a different DR for a persistent cough I’ve had for weeks. Despite being able to provide negative covid tests they refused an in person consult.
A little bit of a wait but female doctor was very professional, helpful and friendly. Completely bulk billed.
We are very happy with the service of The receptionist and Dr. Delphine Hunter. Our family are all go there.
