Love Abha! She is honestly one of the best Yoga teachers you can find, particularly if you want to know what your mind and body can do. She is a genuinely lovely person. Her classes are energising and fun. She has in-depth yoga knowledge, which makes every class exciting and helps to clear your mind. Abha teaches in a way that makes comfortable for everyone - when I joined her class, I didn’t know what yoga meant - but I now started to understand my own body and how to control my monkey mind with meditation at the end of the class, it leaves me feeling very joyful and centred. She pays individual attention to people in the class. She will help to re-position in the correct way to avoid any injuries. She also runs long Kear, which is a very powerful and divine connection with GOD. It is a beautiful and calming location. Highly recommended! ”
