Extremely disappointed. I did not want to think that I was getting lied to about the issues, but I unfortunately the person who repaired my freezer was trying to get more money (a lot) by lying about the situation. Luckily, I had friends who warned us. I am very disappointed that someone can do that to a customer - very unprofessional. Please be careful and make sure to check before paying an unexpected amount of money. I really hope you do not do the same for other customers and please understand how much it can really upset someone.

Darren is a great guy. Got to our venue ahead of schedule and fixed out freezer quick smart as well as clearing some blocked drain pipes and fin cleans.

Great service from SRA, they really helped us out when our Festive display cabinet stopped cooling. Came on time, knew what they were doing, and didn’t break the bank

Fantastic service from the team at SRA. The technician arrived an hour after I called the office and promptly fixed the issue with the freezer which now works good as new. It was nice to be talked through the repair process and be given an estimate before the work was performed. Highly recommend!

My coolroom broke down so I called SRA and they got to the store in about 20 minutes. They got the coolroom up and running saving hundreds of dollars worth of stock! Would highly recommend to anyone with refrigeration needs.
