Spudshed Butler reviews
60Terrible customer service the guy with the ponytail grabbed my bread and squished it and then got mad at me when I asked why he did that
Great specials that took me back to prices from years ago. Always worth checking it out for bulk veggies and fruit. Friendly staff.
Did my shopping there this morning no problem, tiil I got to the check out, one person on the till and a big queue of people waiting to be served. Where is the customer service very disappointed.
This store is absolutely disgusting, all the food items have foul odour, I had to throw it all in the bin along with my clothes which where covered in this foul odour.
Foul odour, sick staff, expired and contaminated food items. No joke! All my clothes I was wearing while shopping here had to be thrown in the bin.
Love that this is so close and is 24hrs. Good selection of well-priced produce, and their American section always eases some of my homesickness.
We visited Spudshed Butler this evening. A staff member called Angus was helpful and kind. The shelf for fresh coriander was empty. So I asked Angus if there was any coriander left in the back. He stopped his work and immediately went to check. He returned with a tub full of fresh and crisp coriander. This store is the best place to buy fresh herbs at an affordable price.
It's big and it's cheap and it supports local businesses too. The veggies are sourced locally so it supports WA.
This shop is great until you experience the lack of customer care, ability to smile by a checkout supervisor and another member of staff. Smiling lessons needed.
Big, bright and airy. Good amount of parking. Good for deli, tins, frozen stuff. Fresh fruit and veggies a bit hit and miss: last week was good, this week not so. Some fruit & veg looking tired/soft/others look good but must be used in a day or so otherwise they go off. Probably low turn over which should improve as word gets out that it's 24 hour opening! Very short drive to Aldi, Woolworths, Dan Murphys (all in a couple of blocks). Unless you want a Coles all your needs are in one area.
Today's visit here was great. Usually I find it takes a while to get through the checkout. But today I didn't have that problem as most aisles were open.
Staff need training on how to use their own till. Don’t know if the guy was lazy or incompetent.
Always good shopping miss having baskets tho. Hate having few items in a huge trolley. As a result I only buy what I can carry! Staff could retain baskets at the check-out tills like Woolworths do!
Expensive! My days shopping.at Spudshed is over! Can't believe how prices have shot up! ️
Informative and polite staff, great selection of products with availability and at reasonable cost.
Awesome place to shop right now. No shortages here. Heaps of fresh fruit and vegetables. Dairy is pretty much stacked. Heaps of beveraginos.
I was in there a little while ago and was in shock how rude the store manager Steve was to another customer. I was there from the beginning to the end of his encounter with a man who didn’t deserve to be yelled at, and the reasons were unjustified. This is not where I live as we live closer to the city, but this guy had no idea about treating customers, and especially to do so in front of other customers. I’m in shock that Tony Galati would have anybody this rude and obnoxious running one of his stores. He really needs to ramp up the customer service training, but maybe start with demoting this very rude manager.
Rude staff that act like little tyrants in these difficult times. Security did not have tags clearly showing (illegal).
Alot of these 5 and 4 star reviews are FAKE! Fake reviews performed by staff and others. One of the lowest quality grocerys in terms of food quality! Stay away! Your health is your number one priority and it starts with good quality food. This place is rank. I've found a cockroach in my bloody spinach!
On top of that they are FASCIST authoritarian supporting far leftists. They support government, they support rule by decree, they enforce mandate which is NOT law. Everything here is fascistic.
Do not support business that is fascist, history remembers them unfavourably.each and every time.
I like to shop there when it is convenient but I would shop there on all occasions if the vegetables lasted longer then 2 days in the fridge or not rotten in the middle when you bought them. The Vegetables and fruit would be great if they were actually fresh or not seconds I would prefer to pay more and have them last longer but in general I do like the place and the layout but keep to major stores!
I bought a premium chuck steak tender, to make a Goan Beef Curry, after cooking it for 3 hours we still couldn't eat it, I cooked it for another hour and it was still tough. I will never buy meet in your store again. I would rather pay a couple of dollars a Kg extra and not put in the bin.
Your vegetables yesterday where appalling I couldn't believe how bad they where and how bad the store smelt. I won't be back.
