It's ok if you make a mistake with someone's order. I really would've been ok with that if it was just an honest mistake.

I heard the three employees arguing about who cooked the wrong order. I didn't realize they were talking about my order. They just handed me the box, all three of them just awkwardly smiling.knowing that they gave me the wrong order.
I find that really disrespectful and dishonest. That's why I need put this in writing and hopefully they see it and know they did something wrong.

Just say, "hey we baked you the wrong thing, would you like it, or would you like to wait for us to bake the correct one? "

That would've been the right thing to do.

They are extremely rude and arrogant. This place doesnt only lacks of tastefulness, it also lacks of hygiene.
Please greet your customers even though your work has no joy

Can not argue the food is fantastic.
I had a small problem that only half my order arrived, but this was sorted out quickly and I ended up happy.

Absolutely rude staff. Would not take ownership of there mistakes.

Prices mentioned on this website are pizzas are $16.90 each, and the meat box is $15.90 large.

I placed an order based on that, the kids went and picked and got charged $62 for the food according to their own menu was only $50

When I complained, then woman simply argued saying that the website is not owned by them, bit it's representing your business, you got your menu and number on it, either take it down or honor what you have advertised.

It's just simply misleading advertising.

And start taking ownership of your misleading information, rather than arguing.

Here's a tip for you ladies at the counter. A smile goes a long way. It's shows your appreciation of customers since your job is apparently, customer service! When people don't feel liked or get resentful stares, they don't wanna come back. Pretty simple really.

Order a meat box tonight and I must say it’s a solid 5/10 but one thing that made me MAD was the young employee. When I rang I felt rushed and when I picked up my order, she ain’t the nicest person to talk to.

I used to love the old owners they used to have the best food but now the workers are so rude don’t have basic manners or hygiene and most the time I find a hair in the food and the food isn’t that good either.

I am Turkish and I ordered a pide from you today through doordash.
Your pide is not good enough at all. The meat is dry.
Fillings are not generous. You didn’t even give any napkins. First and last order

I was a supporter of this business for many years because the food used to be really good. After the place changed owners and staff it isn’t good as how it use to be. Ordered a meatbox and food came out cold and this has happened a few times. Staff don’t seem to care or be happy in the workplace. Quite sad to see one my favourite Kebab shops end up like this.

Since new owner took over, food and customer service went down hill, not recommending this place anymore.

Awful customer service.lady on till was rude and on her phone the entire time.then she went and sat down and nobody came out to make our food until after 15 minutes, they were all just out the back sitting doing absolutely nothing.

Ordered through Uber eats doner kebab extra meat was cold tasted nice but was more like savoury mince?

Delisious food but reason for 3 stars is the meat is always cold for some reason! Bought from here a few times and on all occasions meat is not heated up well enough- its cold. If u guys cook the meat longer and make sure its definitely very hot, would have been happy to give 5 stars!

Best experience with employees. Ghadir’s Customer service is commendable. Good quality food for the money. Highly recommended to try once. I had Supreme Pizza and a garlic bread. Best in Perth.

Love this place, authentic Turkish cuisine. My mourh is alive with flavor and I enjoyed the kebab so much. I highly recommend this takeaway food Follow and meet the owner Bahran a genuine nice guy.

Great kebabs and good value. Having lived and travelled to many parts of Australia, I would have to say that Springs Kebabs sure do make a great kebab and I would put it near the top of the list of all the kebab shops I have visited. Friendly staff and clean shop. I am fortunate to be a local but if I wasn't, I would make the effort to travel here just for their lamb kebab with the lot (egg & cheese) made to order how you like - choice of salads/sauces. I see their menu has many other choices: Gozeleme, Breads & Dips, Pide & Borek, Pizza and Burgers which I look forward to trying in the future.

We've ordered here twice and both times our orders had the long black hair of the girl who often takes your order in it. Disgusting.

Best Kebabs in WA! I drive from Banjup SOR especially to visit for my kebab fix. Love the owner Bahram and all his employees. Fantastic customer service and prices. My favourite for take out.

The Current Owner from this Kebab shop is always the best. But the New Owner is very shocking and gives me cancer of giving the worst customer service. The Kebabs were very salty, they all too dry! Next time, get the old owner back and cook lots of cracking dishes please!
