Springs Chinese Restaurant reviews
48We like the food here most of the time and are pretty regular despite the prices being higher than usual. Recently though ordered a mee goreng and it was terrible. We let it slide. Today I called and was told by the guy that one dish wasn't available all day today and it was over a 45 minute wait, I said I'll call back and my husband called back in about 30 seconds and not only was that same dish suddenly available but the wait was told to be only 30 minutes. Discrimination much? This has really put me off.
The arrogance and attitude from the worker at the front (male) tarnishes any positives about this restaraunt. Poor customer service skills and the way he speaks to customers seems like he doesn't care about the business or them in general. Going by previous reviews I wouldn't be the first person that has thought this. Won't be returning.
Expensive
Not worthy compared with food quality and serving size
Taste is average
Food is very good.service, take out are you supposed to eat like a animal, no chopsticks or napkins.not two bad overall.
The staff kept us informed and served every step of the way and the food was generous as well as great
Absolutely delicious although this restaurant can get busy its for a reason. With dine-in and take away its always a pleasure to eat here. Definitely have to try pork belly clay pot ive never had anything like it, the pork belly melts in your mouth highly recommend. Also family friendly.
Customer service terrible. Food below par. When I complained, the young punk threatened to fight me. His mum had to yell at him to go to the kitchen and I said I would call the cops. The young girl also asked how my restaurants I had been in my life. I asked her age and then told her that I’ve been an adult longer than she’s been alive. Finally. They refunded 1/2 my money. Worse than 1 rating.
Hands down the best Chinese iv ever had, soo lucky to live soo close to it.
Always on time and very professional
Highly reccomend this place. Quick, polite, efficient service with a smile. Food was excellent.
This Chinese restaurant is the absolute BEST! We love coming in weekly to see Michelle and the team. The food is amazing - the steamed dim sums are so full of delicious meat (lots of it!) and are always so fresh. Service is great, restaurant is clean and tidy, we love coming to Springs Chinese
Today went to Springs Chinese restaurant to try their Fish wings Laksa. Laksa was same like Malaysian/ Singapore style & fish wings was crispy on the outside, not fishy.
Price was $16, they increased each dish by $1 from menu price of $15.
The worst chinese food ever. The attitude of the order taker and server whose name is Ryan is the most arrogant person I have ever come across in my life. He literally throws the food at you as those he is giving it to you free. There are better chinese restuarants around. Ning Kwong in beechboro is the best for chinese food. The staff are so friendly. Its a pleasure going there for lunch or dinner. Never again at Springs Chinese. Arrogant is not the word for Ryan. He also has a plumbing business. Would never employ him to do any work around my place. So please dont go there. If you are prepared for Ryan's arrogance then please join him.
Great Chinese restaurant with very friendly staff. The chilli beef was exceptional, not too oily and perfect amount of chilli.
The Peking spare ribs had a good crunch too.
The meals came out at a good pace and there’s plenty of parking behind the restaurant.
This is hands down the best Chinese, I have tasted in Perth in six years, they have exceptional food and service.
This is the best Chinese restaurant I have been to, and definitely the best food.
Everything tastes amazing and I have yet to receive anything that is not done properly or well.
Yes, like any other hospitality business they can be a bit slow or maybe, on the rare occasion, something can go wrong with the order, whatever it may be.
Bare in mind though that every time I have been, excluding the times when there have been near lock-down panics, this place has been super busy. That includes both the dine in and take away. Usually, nearly all tables are occupied, and they have at least a revolving door of take-away of about 4 at time minimum.
Quick, no-fluff service and delicious food. Two words - fish wings. Get them. Thank me later.
Dinner is charged at $2 more per dish so just remember that adds up quickly if you're ordering a few items.
Amazing food and quick service. The chicken with cashews was so tender and delicious and so was the Szechuan fish.
Authentic Malaysian fare. Excellent food and service. Their pork belly claypot and Peking spare ribs are to die for.
I’ve been to quite a few Asian restaurants lately but Springs Chinese Restaurant beats all the others hands down. The service was great & the food absolutely heavenly. Definitely going back there just to try other dishes.
This would have to be hands down the best Chinese restaurant. I've been here many times and the food and service never disappoints. Do yourself a favour and put it on your list of places to definitely try.
