Spraymaster Spray Shop

Brought a 12 volt pump was told 1 price on the phone did not include gst was charged $314 for a common 12 volt caravan pump I then found retail for $155. Same pump same model. Called to say I was not happy and I needed it a couple of days before Xmas.
Didn’t want to know about it very poor customer service and couldn’t really explain why I was charged over double retail of other shops in Perth. I also left my old pump with them as they said they would look and possibly fix it to get a call to say that there is nothing wrong with it. I wouldn’t be buying a new one if the old one was working correctly.
Overall I got ripped off don’t mind any business making profit but to change more than double retail and not acknowledge any thing wrong. I would stay far away from this outlet. Poor customer service and obviously there to just fill up the pockets with no shame I hope this cost them more than they made out of me. One dose just not conduct business like this.

Quality shop - had all the gear I needed and great customer service - couldn't have been more helpful

It was more than a month that I was looking to visit this shop to buy some equipment for my business but fortunately today I found little time to go there penetrating through traffics jam but in surprise your welcome by the rude, unprofessional and unethical staff. Never swear on your customers because you don’t understand what kind of equipment he is talking about. Learn to listen if not show your catalogue.
Don’t be rude no matter what colour or race or language he speak.
Shame on your customer service and I don’t regret for not buying things that I was desperately looking to buy for long time.

I have always had great service from the team at Spraymaster. They are always very helpful and informative. They always have the parts I need in stock & on some occasions they have been more than willing to post parts out to me.

I went to Spraymaster Perth today for expert advice which I was not given instead got insulted by a very arrogant owner, I received a 3rd world service in a first world country, I would not recommend them for anything.

Put in an online quote request for a number of products, Chris got back to me and put in the order. His service and the speed in which the delivery got out to me were second to none.can not recommend highly enough. Will head to welshpool rather than a certain store closer to me because of the excellent customer service:)

Full of knowledge and happy to help with advice. Top of the range equipment ($$) aimed at commercial and agricultural users but some useful sprayers and nozzles for the home gardener looking to go from a hobby to an obsession.
